To be completely honest, the first thing I'd ask is how much you'd pay me. I think the most persuasive argument here would be the money, really.

I really wish my great aunt wasn't deathly allergic to cats. She was my last-ditch effort to avoid moving in with my ex-boyfriend for a few months. @_@
But instead... I have to pretty much run away from home to save my sanity. Mommy dearest has gone completely off-the-wall insane. There's nothing I can do to help her anymore.. so I have to help myself.
Why does everything have to be so complicated?

So I had an amazing debate yesterday.
Me and my partner went 0-4, thus reconfirming everything I said in the beginning of the year, how me and my partner should not be varsity and we should at least go a couple more times JV so we don't fall on our faces and make asses of ourselves.
Yes, we may have gotten 2nd in Districts last year, but seriously you should have seen our competition in the classic division. One team that was only as good as us, if not worse, and another team that didn't even know they were supposed to be debating that day until two days before Districts, with the people taking first being other people from our own school.
Our school has two people that are qualified to be varsity debaters, and guess what YOU'RE PARTNERED TOGETHER! Meanwhile me and my partner literally were last in the entire varsity division.
Yes, I'll admit your argument of us debating varsity gives us more experience, but if that's gonna be your only way of getting us to be better debaters, you're gonna be immensely disappointed.
Now I'm not saying I shouldn't be team captain, I am qualified to teach novices how to debate. But that is as far as it goes, I might be able to help prep newer JV level debaters, and help people trying to figure out what kind of plan they might want to run because I have a ridiculous amount of background knowledge in terms of foreign relations and the military, but then you need to take over in teaching them.
That means you need to draw up a lesson plan, and possibly the most important FIND US A ******** COACH!!! I don't give a s**t if you haven't had the time. We have been without a coach for almost a year now. Don't tell me that you can't do it because there is no time in your schedule and that you're taking 5 APs and you're the president of a club and the debate team. Guess what? You took on the responsibilities of the debate team when you decided to become president of the debate team. The last president was taking more APs and was the leader of more clubs than you are, and she did a much better job. If you can't maintain the team, you shouldn't be president, and you definitely shouldn't be trying to blame the inability of the debate team to function properly on the other officers. We do our jobs, maybe not to your liking, but we freaking do them, and we have just as much time commitments as you do. All 3 of us might be taking less APs than you are, but we are all taking harder APs than you are. Me and the vice-pres are members of the school's journalism group. He's photo editor for the news paper, and I'm a senior editor for the Broadcast along with other club requirements. The secretary is even falling behind in his hours requirements for both math and science honors societies he's so full. So freaking do your job and stop giving us crap.
But I did have fun and met a lot of friends that I hadn't seen in several months. Also: Awesome story. So from pre-k to 1st grade I attended private school, but during 2nd grade I had to move closer to DC for my parents work, effectively losing all contact with my friends and starting several other issues I'm still dealing with today. But annnnnyways, during third round cross-examination, a guy from the other team went up and after asking me questions about what I had talked about during my 2AC and we had the following conversation:
Other guy: "Okay I'm going to go a little off topic here, but what is your name?"
Me: "My name is ____, nice to meet you"
Other guy: "and did you go to _____ Academy for kindergarten?
*I turn with a quizzical look, and then changing to the best face of astonishment*
Me: "RYAN?"
We were best friends way back before I moved, and because it was so long ago I didn't remember his last name when facebook finally came out so we were pretty much doomed to forget about each other. But because WACFL encompasses such a large area, and through coincidence that we both joined our school's policy debate team we reconnected. xD

God I miss having all the answers. Things just got worse and worse after Jon broke my heart then you come out of friggin nowhere and somehow just made everything okay again. We hated each other then out of nowhere we becomes friends? Now we're teetering on edge of maybe more than friends? How the hell did we get here? We go from no contact at all and two weeks later we're here. I don't want whatever this is becoming to just happen because we were there when no one else was. Now we're kissing, giving each other cutesy nicknames, and I'm either harassing you into doing your homework or helping you with it.
I don't want to even think about everyone is going to react when we stop hiding whatever we are. Dylan gonna completely blow up and attempt to castrate you. Jon's gonna need more anger management. Trisha's gonna lose it, whether by breaking down or trying to hit me I don't really want to know which. Honestly my mom's hatred of the fact you wear Tripps is the easiest part of this.
And can "Hanging by a Moment" please stop repeating in my mind!?
