Jacob ll Black Pearl

Jacob closed his eyes after the cards had evaded him and were sent after his friends. He could feel the weight of all of his failures just crush him. He rolled back, cursing the dice magic before finally returning to his human form. He felt a tug at his heart. Jacob looked around to see everyone in the fight. At first he felt sad that he couldn't help, but he realized that no matter what, it wasn't his place. With a grin, he pulled his glimmering goggles over his eyes and sprinted up the main mast. He leaped over to the sail support and spun backwards on it, building up momentum before throwing a single lyrium dagger at Luxord with blinding speed. Jacob, himself, used the momentum to launch himself backwards, back to Barbossa and Jack. He reverse vaulted the railing at slid before slowing down near the back of the ship.

Sayrike::The Black Pearl

The pain in Sayrike's back filled her mind, leaving no room for any other coherent thought. Next thing she knew, the world had flipped directions, and the choppy wet sky rushed to meet her face. Luckily she had the sense and instinct not to breathe in as her body plunged into the frigid seas, and oddly enough, once underwater, memories kicked in of being tumbled around in the ocean or doing somersaults in the pool, and she was able to quickly reorient herself in familiarity instead of losing her vertical bearings even more in the sudden change in environment. Sayrike kicked hard to the surface, her head bursting out of the water in a glistening display of flying hair and water spray. It would have looked magnificent if the sun was shining. Every time Sayrike did that in the pool, she always, always imagined herself as Ariel, and this time was no different.

Wait. Something was different. She didn't think she had kicked hard enough to break the water surface at that force...But before she had time to think about it, she heard her name bellowed from the top of the ship looming above her. As she looked up, she really did feel like the little red-haired mermaid as she watched Prince Eric's ship passing by, lit by joyous glare of fireworks. Except, this ship did not glow with happiness and festivities; instead, blasts of lightning and magic flared, throwing the ship's outline into sharp relief. Squinting against this, Sayrike saw the silhouette of a figure on the rail, shouting her name...right before jumping off into the water not too far away from her.

Oh Lordy... Sayrike sighed as Anthony swam toward her. She was about to get herself back on the ship through her own means, but now she felt like a stereotypical "damsel in distress." The girl patiently tread water as her rescuer quickly cut his way through the waves. "Anthony, actually I have an idea---" she began but was shortly interrupted by an overly heroic, "I got you!" and a strong, wet arm wrapped around her middle. Suddenly Sayrike found herself and Anthony being dragged slowly through the water behind the Pearl, kind of like a soggy rag doll. From her perspective, she was cutting a pretty hilarious picture. The ride through the sea gave the girl a moment to look down and see exactly what was going on beneath the waves. "Is...that what I think I see?" she asked. The sight creeped the sh*t out of her, unladylike language included in her revelation. Fear began to gnaw at Sayrike as she realized her precise location---that is, in the middle of the ocean. She did not like deep, murky water. She didn't even really like indoor pools, which were the cause of her phobia. However, like usual, she forced it down and came to grips with herself. Sayrike did this every time she went out into the ocean past the point where she could touch the bottom. It was a phobia, yes, but it didn't mean she had to let it hinder her (otherwise, how would she be able to have fun at the beach?). It just...caught her off guard in this instance, like the universe decided to play a cruel trick on her. In a related thought, Sayrike hoped they weren't near the Kraken anywhere. That would suck.

Sora played true to himself, hoisting the two of them up with youthful gusto. She, too, breathed a sigh of relief as she looked down. However, the breath was quickly sucked back in as she turned around and a bolt of lightning raced towards them, blocked at the last second by Anthony.

"Should've given that a little more thought...," he said, coughing up some smoke.

"Yeah, probably," Sayrike responded, slightly sarcastic as she rose from her knees, coming up behind his shoulder and casually extinguishing a flame on a loose thread before it wove itself back into his clothes. She pursed her mouth into a smirk. "...Though, you know...I was going to just lift me up with a mirror of mine. But this works too." If Sayrike wasn't wearing a mask, one would have seen her eyes dancing. "However, you were really sweet. If I hadn't just met you several hours ago, I might actually be giving you a peck on the cheek right now in thanks." She walked out from behind him, playfully blowing a kiss, and said in a nasally voice, "Ferris Bueller, you're my hero." She flicked out her other hand, bringing her mirrors to the ready.

{Bobbi .:. Angel Grove .:. City}

Somehow Bobbi wasn't surprised when Axel and Yuffie came out and stood by Terra. She wasn't even surprised that there was someone else there she didn't recognize, a woman with long brown hair, a warrior's build, and an eye-patch. She also wasn't surprised to hear a voice she didn't recognize in her head (it happened often enough as it was) telling her to fight to capture, not kill.

No, what surprised her was her spandex. That was about when she finally realized what world she was in.

"...Holy flying hippopotami, Batman, what happened to my armor?!" she shouted, making the mistake of being distracted by the dress-sphere change. Instead of her leather armor, boots, and general archer attire, she was wearing vivid sky-blue spandex that showed off a figure she didn't know she had, with her gloved and booted hands and feet starting as a brilliant white and fading into a frost pattern that blended into the sky-blue of her suit.

"I farking hate Power Rangers!" she growled, looking up in time to find Terra attacking a group of people down the street, and seeing Axel and Yuffie encased in one of those crystal lotus things of Kyla's. She decided to ignore the moronic wardrobe change and drew an arrow from her quiver, aiming at Terra as the mage attacked. As she waited for the perfect moment, she tried a trick she'd seen in random anime.

She froze the ground under Terra's feet, hoping to slip her up. However, the ground kind of imploded and instead of a solid sheet of ice, there was the fractured concrete covered in ice.

Huh... Well, that works, she thought to herself right as she loosed the arrow.

{James : Caribbean Sea : Black Pearl}

James watched as the Lunar Blast flew at Larxene, only to have her kick a Pirate Heartless that seemed to appear out of no where right into the blast. The corsair didn't have any time to think about the fact that the Heartless seemed to have been on their side before yet another strike of lightning forced the corsair to grind his teeth in pain as more electricity flowed through his body. He was stunned for one moment too long as Xaldin's spears closed in on him.

"Gaaahhh!!!" He yelled out in pain as the spear aimed for his back, slashed into his side.

He then fell to his knees as the second spear aimed for his legs sliced into his right calf, causing him to fall to his knees. On top of the pain now he was definitely bleeding.

"This is not good..." He muttered trying to rise to his feet through the pain.

{Auron : Caribbean Sea : Black Pearl}

Auron seemed unfazed by the fact that his attack missed the Whirlwind Lancer, and quickly removed his sword as the three dragoon Nobodies surrounded him, their spears ready to cut into him. He dodged their attacks as best he could and then did a horizontal slice at them, trying to knock them all down with one strike.

"Pitiful!" He yelled as he slashed at them.

Luxord seemed amused at the fact that he had turned Joe into a card and Jacob into a die, and watched as Joe slowly made his way toward him to try and cut him just as his own cards would. He would have stayed to entertain Joe. However, he was forced to leap out of the way as Kuja unleashed another Thundaga at him. He leaped high, using one of his cards as a step in air to move from one side of the deck to the other. Thus also avoiding Jacob's lyrium dagger.

"You'll have to do better than that." He said with a chuckle as he redirected the cards at both Jacob and Joe to try and cut at them.

[Dawn : The Caribbean : The Black Pearl]

Dawn moved over to Anthony and Sayrike after they had been pulled out of the water,and Anthony decided to be stupid and intercept the attack that seemed like it meant was for her and Sora.

"You baka!" Dawn scolded as she leaned over Anthony, before she asked them both, "You okay?"

She felt relieved to see that Sayrike seemed well enough as she readied herself for combat, and seemed to be flirting with Anthony. Dawn patted Anthony's shoulder as stood, summoning her tessen. She narrowed her eyes at the Nobodies who seemed to hold the advantage in both strength and magic. There had to be something that could be done to help even the battlefield.

Dawn closed her eyes as she felt energy wash over her. Before long her feet started to move in graceful steps making her move in quick circles. She opened her fans and moved them around her body when she soon started to twirl in place. The air on the ship started to move and shift. Before long the Nobodies would feel their Magic Strength lessen (by 2).

[Dawn learned: Heathen Frolic]

~As Dawn danced Garuda let out a loud bird cry as she swooped down on Larxene who attacked Dawn previously. Wind enveloped her claws as she brought them down on the woman.~

{Bobbi .:. Angel Grove .:. City}

Only Terra could dodge all of that, Bobbi thought, trying to keep up with everything that was going on. As the Mage-Knight dodged several attacks at once, Bobbi ran around to the left, looking for a better angle to shoot from. As she ran, she lobbed one of her spiked ice-balls at Terra, hoping to distract her.

Come on, girl, give us an opening to bash some sense into your head. It won't even hurt that much...

[Anthony ~.~ Caribbean Sea ~.~ Black Pearl]

"Wait...," Anthony coughed, still a little jittery from the lightning bolt he had blocked. "Your mirrors can do that?" He felt rather embarrassed for his over-the-top heroism when Sayrike could've saved herself all along. As the girl walked out from behind him and playful blew him a kiss then quoted a line from Ferris Bueller's Day Off, Anthony couldn't help but to blush a little as he stared at her with mesmerizing endearment. Though that didn't last long when Dawn patted his shoulder, sending jolts of pain throughout his body and causing him to clench up and face-plant on the deck. "Still raw!" he cried out. He slowly got back to his feet, then turned and smiled at Dawn and said, "I'm fine though. Thank you."

Anthony finally had an opportunity to observe the battle going on around him. He was able to recognize the villains as Xaldin, Larxene, and Luxord, probably the three most annoying bosses he had ever had to deal with. As he witnessed his teammates being tossed, Anthony felt something stirring within his gut before it manifested itself in a rather loud shout. "That. Is. ENOUGH!" he bellowed, his voice carrying over the winds. Circles of sky blue waves emitted from his body and spread all across the ship. All his allies (including himself) who were present on the deck would feel both their Guard Strength and Magic Defense increase by two for three turns.
