It is hard to match items sometimes, even colors seem to vary so much between item to item anymore on Gaia.
By the way I like the avi Kin. ^8^

In case you missed yesterday's announcement, here's the item info from it: Virtual Hollywood (hover cursor over "World" tab and click Virtual Hollywood from the list on the left) has two items you can get, 3 times each At the first screen where you arrive, talk to the big NPC Bouncer. Use the arrow next to Bouncer to enter the club. Go forward to the NPC to get this purple scarf: Exit the club and at Bouncer go down to the bottom of the screen. Use the arrow to enter the limo and talk to the NPC toward the top to get cocktail:

3nodding Yup, celebs always seem to be doing something naughty or unusual all the time.
But who knows? We may hear some more political jokes soon when Pres. Election comes next year. ^8^
3nodding I though it might be some of the items I gave you Kin. ^8^

I'll admit, I'll miss that O'Donnell "I'm not a witch" woman from Delaware. Maybe they'll give her a show on Fox "News."

I didn't think I'd like to hear other people doing Beatles music but surprise, surprise, I do like it. Ever seen the movie Across the Universe? It's visually awesome and the music and dance are really good. The story is kinda dark in places. Happy ending though.

3nodding Yup, Harvey. I got the soundtract for "Across The Universe" movie.
They do some pretty good covers of "Beatles" music some are a bit werid hearing some classic ones re-done though.
Liked the movie, and it does get a bit dark though. 3nodding

Should check it out Kin, it is a bit trippy and a little dark but only in context of the era the "60's-70's"
All in all it has a lot of very good music sung by some very good actors who some of them sound exactly like thier name-sakes who sang the original and of corse the covers done by the two actors who I am convinced sound very much like Janis Joplin and Jimi Hendrix and even look very closely like them.

Love the photo!!
Yup some of the singers sound a lot like the originals. Other times the Beatles song is done very different from the original but it was interesting to hear a new take on an old favorite.
The special effects were awesome. I'm always a sucker for those.
There's so much going on at so many levels -- visually, sound, story, acting, settings, special effects. I don't know why the film only got a nomination and not an Oscar. It gets the Harvey Award.
