Well, we have to close on the house first and I'm not sure when that is going to be. I haven't talked to Bruce in days. He's been working hard, poor thing.

We do. We just have to go through the process before it's ours. Lots of paperwork and tediousness. I'm thinking this

Well, I don't want to worry Bruce. That's why I'm doing it now when I know he's not around.
I just want to see if the cancer is still hanging around after all those transformations. You see, the serum I made never cured anything. It just kept it from progressing and allowed me to live a mostly normal life. All my recent transformations were as a result of tweaks to the serum. However, Jennifer.. she's She-Hulk and she has healing power, and it seems that in my green form, I do as well. I just don't know to what degree or?...
You see my dilemma?

Sorry, Janet. I know it's not an ideal location but it's much cleaner than the campsite. I wouldn't want to do that in the tent, sitting on the dirty ground.

In any case, I'm not fond of hearing the words cancer, progressing and never cured within the same group of sentences...
If you're not working with Bruce then, where are you working ?.
Surely you can't be carrying a sophisticated lab inside that briefcase.

Well...
I was going to try to see if I could rent some lab time at a college or... something like I did all those years while I was searching for Bruce.
