It's for a duchess or whatever's 16th birthday..
She's really set on getting it today even though her birthday isn't till the end of this week.

It's a shame this color she's picked is so.. loud and tacky. It would look gorgeous in a sleek black or maybe even a soft yellow.

Our whole HOUSE is only in the 300's... and someone paid 500k for this dress and I'm getting 20%.
