Anyways! I was about to type up a post that is themed to "bring Kougji in Haru's office to tell him about the lieutenant's disinterest in the captaincy position"; however, I discovered that Haru has no office yet ALSO it would be quite weird if he really did bring Kougji there and then notified him of the position promotion? Er... or something like that... shouldn't Kougji go to the Captain-Commander or something? Or perhaps he gets summoned...?
