As Already said to mythic- You can't determine if attack is going to kill you..so as long as we clear that part off that is fine.

Regarding my technique: Chidori is NOT an Uchiha ability. Kakashi created it himself. It's his only original technique that he TAUGHT Sasuke and he teaches Kana it too. America just screwed up the name and called it Lightning Blade cuz American can't translate Japanese for %@#$. That's why I only watch the Japanese ones. Also, Kana learns the technique later in her life, not starting out. I just wanted to get it approved now instead of having to get it approved later.

Jutsu Idea:
Camouflaging Shadow Veil:
A shadow based technique, of which the user is covered in head to toe by shadow, aside from his eyes. Though granting no real effects, aside from allowing him to masked, in an almost invisible state, when standing within a greater shadow. Well used for the setting of traps, where an unknowing shinobi may walk passed the shadowed figure, and therefore be caught off guard. The effects weaken, with the less shadow that the user stands in. If they were to stand in a small shadow, or even their own shadow, they would only be able to cause the shadows on their body, to darken. Not their entire body. High level eye-based jutsu, or abilities of the like, may easily notice the hidden shinobi, if the user is at a lower level then the eye-based technique user. Also easily shows up, in any light that may go into the shadows, automatically canceling the jutsu's effects. [That should be reletivly weak, considering it's basically a concealing week concealing jutsu.]

Well, as it turns out, I have 8 Made-Up slots, and I thought I only had six. So, here's two new moves for me.
Metsuki no Shingai (Eyes of Terror)
Genjutsu
A Rank
Range: Short (0-5m), Mid (5-10m)
Desc.: This technique is a mock of the Sharingan Technique that Itachi Uchiha uses. When the opponent looks into the eyes of Seiko, they are instantly forced to relive their worst memory, and face their worst fear all at once. The only difference is, that Seiko is there as well, attacking the enemy along with appearing to be firing needles into their body.
Naegi Kusa Sesshou 2 (Seedling Grass Destruction 2)
Ninjutsu
S Rank
Range: Short (0-5m), Mid (5-10m), Far(10m+)
Desc.: This is an advanced version of the first move. With this technique, Seiko shoots thousands upon thousands of seeds into the air over the battlefield. When these seeds rain down onto the fields, and onto the enemy, grass is immediately born, and grows to immense proportions. this changes the battlefield dramatically, and can kill and people it lands on almost instantly if they do not avoid the technique in time.

Scarf of Insanity- this scarf is a very long one that covers Asura's entire body. upon the center of the scarf where his face is hidden are 3 sideways eyes. This scarf is always present around Asura, it also appeares to be part of him as it will move at his whim. this technique is really just an ability to manipulate his scarf through chakra pulses. he can even rebuild this scarf from his skin by stretching his skin to the length of the new scarf.(pure control over a scarf through chakra pulses. allowing for slight safety of never having to get to close.)
Alchemic Circle of Insanity- a very powerful form of alchemy, asura puts his hands together, which makes him look like he is praying or begging. once he does this large glowing bloodred alchemy circles form behind, or around him, or wherever else he chooses. these alchemy circles have different uses then usual ones as they have 4 uses, speed, strength, flight, and shielding. they can be used to give a large speed boost to movements, increase strength for a short period of time, lift the user or an opponent into the air for the time it is present, or work as a shield to stop any sort of large crushing attack. although use for shielding can be a total protection, it will drain the users chakra at a rapid rate.

Desc.: With this technique, Tamekaze sends two puppets to grab a hold of the enemy, preventing them from moving, then hooking themselves together around the enemy and lock so they can't be moved. Then, Tamekaze makes a hand seal causing the puppets to explode.

Desc.: With this Tecgnique, Tamekaze sends out his puppets to trap someone on the ground, and hold them in place there. Once secured, the Puppet scans the opponents face with Chakra, and selects a Jutsu to copy so they can use it (excluding Doujutsu). Only one jutsu can be used at a time, and if a new technique is copied, the old one is removed. In addition, Tamekaze cannot use that jutsu.

Desc.: This is one of Tamekaze's most dangerous techniques. Using one of his puppets, he uses them to attack, and as soon as a hit is landed, the puppet is infused with the enemy, becoming half of their body. After this happens, the puppet can explode, killing the enemy, or lead them to their doom, or attack them to where they cannot run away.

Desc.: With this technique, Tamekaze utilizes his Satetsu and pours a bottle of poison onto it. then, the Satetsu soaks up all of the poison, thus turning the sand black. Then, the Satetsu can be used to attack with, and can poison the enemy. (After being Poisoned for 5 posts, the infected dies.)

Desc.: With this jutsu, image's of Ghost puppets come out from Tamekaze's body to either attack or defend him. This ghost puppets are like Tayuya's Spirit Manifestations. The hit the enemy, and disappear, creating a shock inside the body. By blocking, they can deflect attack, or capture them inside their ghostly bodies, and blast them back at the opponent.

You won't hit anything due to tunnel vision if you learn it anyway without sharingan. So It would be pointless, since you need to build up speed and need to be able to hit.

Jutsu Idea:
Honekamen hensei L.V. 1 [Bone-Mask Formation L.V. 1]
A variation off of the Kagyua bloodline technique, allowing a mask formed from pure bone to be made to cover his facial features from view. Allowing only enogh for the eyes to be seen, though breathing is easier. It allows minimum protection against elements, such as sand due to the way it was created. Though more in terms of being within a storm, it only protects the face, jutsus may easily attack, without being hindered by it's formation. Upon forming the mask, the user may take the bones from the dead, and manipulate them to their liking. Making the bones into a sword, or into an attack, instead of using their own.
Level one allows for the manipulation of small animal's bones, that have been killed, and are within a five meter radius of the user. Greater levels, may come upon becoming stronger.[ Every 10,000 CP, allows for a level up.] The mask forms, as only covering one eye with it's ivory defense in Level One, greater levels, allow better protection, until the entire face is protected at Level 4. The higher in level, the stronger the manipulation of another corpse's bone may become, though it remains a 5 meter radius through out. Upon reaching level 4, minor bones can be shifted within the opponent, causing them to trip, or have to realign the bone in it's correct position.
Woo.. I've had this idea since last week xD Now I can finally use it biggrin
Question, is my other Made up slot, permenitealy unusable? If so, strike through it, or something xD
I hope this isn't too powerful again.. I thought I made it rather weak o.o; If it is too powerful, I think I'll give up on made-ups <.<;

Okay, for my techniques:
The Poison Satetsu is only if it goes into a cut, or you drink it or something... although I don't think anybody will drink poison sand made of iron. Ouch. and since NOBODY ever get s cut, it'd be nearly impossible.
I can exclude Clan techs... although that's the main purpose of it.. to use their specialty against them. Of course, using Chidori would be hard, since I'm controlling them using string. Other than that, I'd say it's fair. This tech excluding Chidori, I think. I think by Clan, you meant Kekkei Genkai. Like for example, Using a Kaguya's bone stuff, or Gaara's Demon Sand. That's a No. I meant like the Uchiha Fire Jutsu, or the Eight Gates, or the Yakushi chakra scapel, but not the healing thing.
for Puppet Fusion, that's a hit or miss, 50/50 chance. That technique is ONLY if they must die. I'll never use it unless I need to. And that's very unlikely.
See? I just didn't explain them all exactly.

Acupuncture: Yuan uses long needles in combat. After studying acupuncture techniques for quite some time, Yuan began picking up abilities dealing with needle insertion into key pressure points. By inserting needles while he attacks with taijutsu, Yuan is able to disable an opponent's limb through their pressure points.
