Anyone know where I can find the rules on the Deathwatch? I haven't decided yet but I either want to incorporate a Deathwatch squad into my army or have one of my Sergeants be a Deathwatch member who has one back to his chapter and kept his weapons while he was in the service of the Deathwatch.
I think it is WD 305 not to sure though might be 301 or 302...
I can check some of my issues

anyway back to the templar, I was wondering do they still all have default purity seal's? because I can't find it in the codex and their not in the armoury. and forever ago I remeber that someone said that BT can have greyknight's in their armie's as allie's. does this still work and if so how.

Yes Black Templars can hay Grey Knights as allies, all the Imperial armies can (Space Marines, Guard, etc...) No idea about the purity seals though, I'm not a Templar Player.

Crusader seals is the new name. If you have read the codex this obvious as the units that are allowed them say so. Also the same goes for the allies bit. Read the codex it says yes to GK. But you will need codex daemonhunter to see how the allies bit works.

How do I get ahold of back issues of WD? If I go to the WD site will they still have copies that go back that far. Three sets of rules I'm looking for are Deathwatch rules, rules for the Plasma Blaster, and rules for a Legion of The Damned Squad I also want to incorporate.

LOD are deffintly in an index astres i think it is number 3 they are in, for death watch you will have to ebay 300 whatever it was but not sure where the plasma blaster was so not sure of how you can get that

Well I've found the rules for the plasma blaster. The only problem is points cost, if it even has a points cost.

battle summery:

heritic's win, crusaders lost

crusader's took all of the objectiv's early, but the dark angel's got their a** handed to them by world eater's. chaos won by having their last scoring unit's on the objectiv's on turn 6.

templar summery:

final battle list
tactical squad 1
7 in's
7 neo
crusader seal's
melta gun / power weapon bolt pistol

tactical squad 2
*

support squad
5 initiate's
las cannon / flame thrower
+
rhino
extra armour
dozer blades

emperor's champion
-except any challenge no matter the odd's

marshal
bike
power weapon /MC
bolt pistol
holy orb of antiock
iorn halo
artificier armour

dreadnought
venerable -tank hunter
lascannon
heavy flamer

fighting nurgle I managed to take out one of their landraiders (the guy had to fill in so he had two armie's) and covered the allie to my right so he could perform fury of the anctient's. got into close combat with nurgle and got killed, emperor's champion, marshal, and both squad's (damn toughness 5) my support squad sporting their lascannon in the rhino got emobolized and bailed, then dieing by rapid fire plasma gun's.

bad luck for the game good luck the rest of the day!

fought another game against space wolve's and won
and tied against another space marine army, (dreadnought vs emporer's champion, he lost both arm's was venerable and I couldn't kill him)

later on though I got some more bit'z to convert my rhino into a predator and razorback (magnet's are a great thing.)

but the most lotable thing that happened yesterday is someone was selling a blood angel's army, I was running low on cash but I did manage to snag a landraider crusader for 25 buck's!! I'm repainting it now so I can put it in my army. but that was a good end to a bad start

Actually according to the New Dark angels FAQ they cannot take Grey Knight allies. The Dark angels are no longer allowed to take any allies or be taken as allies if I'm not mistaken.

Hey if you have grey knights in a Black Templar army are they still subjected to the vows or is it only the Templars? I have the codex but I am at school and I can't remember at the moment.

Actually I think Black Templars can for some reason I have this feeling they can't, I'll look into it. I was talking about the Dark Angels. Their the only Space Marines that can't take the Grey Knights.

only the Templars... the Gry Knights follow their own codex, not the black templar one.

All space marine chapters can take grey knights. The Dark Angels can to, but they lose..... i cant remember what they lose, its a special rule is all i can remember i think it has something to do with thier hunt for the fallen and its due to inquisitorial scutiny looking for something to be wrong with the chapter.

No they can't. Go look at their new FAQ. It is a new rule that the Dark Angels can no longer take Grey Knight allies.
