Location:Home Company: Lincoln Wearing: Wearing Maralyn Ó'Conchobhair Lyn frowned. Monster and poptars? She might be able to find the poptarts... Suddenly Lincoln was on his feet, pulling away from her. She was shocked by his sudden moves, and took a step back so he could move freely. She nodded as he said he was leaving, "Alright. Be careful Linc. Please." And with that said, she watched the man walk out of the house. Sighing Lyn ran an hand through her hair, turning to the kettle that was beginning to shriek. She poured the hot water in a mug and placed a tea bag inside.
The woman ate a small breakfast, and watched a little of the news, turning it off early by the sickening scenes and news. Looking at the clock, she was relieved to see it was ok if she left the house to visit Dereck. She would go insane if she had to find something else to do.
Lyn cleaned up breakfast, and moved out of the house, grabbing her purse on the way out. The trip to the jail wasn't terribly long, but it was out of town. Upon arrival, she checked in, had her bag checked and was gently padded down before entering an empty meeting room to wait for Dereck to be escorted in. Lyn sat in the chair offered her at the table in the room. There was a chair left for Dereck of course. Her blue eyes darted around the otherwise bare room as she waited, her hands twiddling in her lap."

"I won't be broken I won't be tortured I won't be beaten down" ~Orion Michael De La Cruz~ "Good, good." Orion said with a nod of his head. Archie would keep the boy safe. He did not personally know the man well, but Grace spoke highly of him. She trusted her Uncle, so Orion could only trust him. He trusted his wife's judgement. "Jasper can stay as long as he keeps his hands to himself..." Orion said gruffly. he really didn't think Jasper would do anything with Grace. He was a good guy. He just still held the tiniest bit of a grudge that Jasper has hooked up with his little sister before talking to him. He would have been okay with it, not right away because he still saw her as a child. Of course he didn't now. He had gotten to know her as an adult, and a person. She was headstrong, willful and a pain in his a**. He found he actually did love his sister though, because she always had his back. It surprised him because she claimed to want nothing to do with him, and not even like him but her actions always proved otherwise. He pretty much knew if there was any female that he had a problem with and Grace was for whatever reason unable to deal with said girl, Cadie would kick her a**. Had he known his sister was such a bad a**, he might have actually been nicer to her growing up. It would have been better for her to have his back rather then their brother Elias. Still originally the Jasper and Cadence thing had rubbed him the wrong way. It had made him feel like Jasper couldn't be trusted, and did not respect him on a personal level. Now he realized it didn't come from a vindictive place, it had simply happened. Now it didn't matter since they were over. Which he felt was too bad. Jasper was a Brother, and Cadie was family to them all. In fact if truth be told she was Killian's pet. He and she had a special bond that no one seemed to understand. That just meant Jasper and Cadence had better get use to being around each other. Neither was going anywhere. So she would have to accept that he was going to sleep with whoever he wanted, and he would have to accept the very real possibility of one of his brother's deciding to take her as his old lady. Orion lifted Grace's hands to his lips and gave her hand a gentle kiss. He totally adored this woman. She was strong, independent, and not afraid to take a stand. He also hated that she didn't know when to back down. It was a double edge sword really. Her next bit of news made him freeze. For a moment it seemed like someone had paused the world, him included. Then her words hit him, and he twisted in his seat. He rested his head between his hands trying to think, to breathe. "Are you sure it was them?" Orion slowly turned back around to face his wife. His inner struggle showed in his eyes. He was upset, hurt, angry, fearful, surprised and unsure. "Grace, are we sure it was them? What the ******** was Ethan even doing here?!" He huffed and shook his head. "Why would they kill Moira? She was not involved in any of the s**t that went down. Moira is...was...she was the sweetest lady. The only real Mother more than half that MC ever had." He had a hand over his face that slowly moved up and back through his hair. "I hate to ask you to do this Grace...the safe in my office...Belle's birthday. Get in there, and have Titus go through the paperwork with you. The insurance paperwork...deed, everything is there to file a claim. As for Moira...we need to bury her. I want it done right. I want it to be nice. You do that and tell Titus to contact her shitty children. they should be there for her in death since they were never there for her in life. Cole...it has to be done right. The guys all know the procedure. They will keep and eye on Shandee and the kids. I think some of the women should still reach out to Shandee though, it would mean a lot to me if you were one of them. I know you didn't know her well but she is family Grace." Orion hated having to deal with the widows. He never knew what to say, or do to really help them. He could offer comfort, support and money but at the end of the day the thing they wanted most was forever out of reach. "Killian has been stabbed, and shot before. He is a tough b*****d. I am sure he will be okay, I want him to lay low for now though. Allow himself time to heal. He can't go after Black just yet. He is expecting it. His guard is up now. We let him think it is done and over with. We call in a few of the other Charters..." Orion was speaking lower. If the guards heard him conspiring, he might as well kiss his visitations and phone calls goodbye. "Grace you need to step up now. Moira was really carrying the weight of being head. You have to step up now. As the Prez' wife there are certain responsibilities you have, and certain things that are expected of you. For now though, listen to Titus. He is in charge while I am in this shithole."~Ryder~ I have the answer I can take the pressure I will turn it all around ~Five Finger Death Punch

Grace Marie De La Cruz OUTFIT
Grace hated being the person who brought bad news with her, absolutely loathed it. If she could have it her way, then she would be able to be with her husband and the people that actually deserved to be behind bars would be. When he started hurling questions her way, she chewed on the inside of her lip, and nodded her head. "Yes, Jesse said it was Black and a bunch of other guys. Ben wasn't there though, I don't think. I'm not sure what Ethan was doing there, I just know that he was one of the casualties. I think that maybe Moira was just -- wrong place wrong time." She watched him with a small frown as he told her what to do as far as the paperwork, and even reaching out to Shandee. She had already planned on doing so, but nodded anyway to let him know that she was hearing him, and making a mental list of the things that had to be done. As far as stepping up, she really wasn't sure what he meant by that, but she would do her best. Not like she had a job at the hospital anymore. "Jesse is taking this really hard. He blames himself, and he thinks that you will blame him. I tried talking him down but--." He was Orion's man, he knew how stubborn Jesse could be as well as anyone else.
"I have something else to tell you. Cadie went and got me a restraining order against Mendez. It hasn't been filed yet, but it will soon, hopefully. I think that should keep him away from me and Thomas -- she got one for him too. But, my uncle said he has no problem watching him as long as I need him to...and honestly he is much safer with Archie right now." Black went crazy, and she wouldn't put it past him if he tried coming after her or Thomas. Grace moved and sat right in front of Orion, cupping his face in her hands, and letting her thumbs run over his cheekbones softly. "You need to take it easy. Don't do anything that will keep you locked up in here longer than you have to be. I'll do my best to work with them and handle things on the home front, okay?" She pressed a quick kiss to his lips and then wrapped her arms around his neck, pulling him into a hug.

Dereck Michael Thompson
Dereck was lead right out of his cell and down the hall. All he had been told was that he had a visitor, and he assumed it was either Archie or his lawyer. However, when he entered the room and saw that familiar head of red hair he felt his throat choke up a little. She looked so damn beautiful, and was absolutely glowing. Not to mention her stomach was only getting bigger. It probably had to do with the fact that he was so damn relieved to see that she was alright, and that his babies were alright. "Lyn.." Once his cuffs were removed he crossed the room in long strides, not even giving her time to stand before he dropped to his knees and placed a kiss to her stomach. He had been so worried about her, and not because he didn't think his men were capable of keeping her safe, because he was sure that they were, but because he couldn't help it. She and those two babies were his whole life. "I've missed you, babe." His big hands moved up now and cupped her face, gently pulling her down enough to meet his lips for a kiss.

'Cause sometimes you just feel tired, Feel weak, and when you feel weak, you feel like you wanna just give up [ ~Cadence Jaycey Sinclair-Caine~ Cadence woke with a scream and nearly fell out of her bed. She had been startled awake when she felt a hand on her shoulder, and a man's voice in her bedroom. Lucky for her Jesse moved fast and caught her before she fell. He stared down at her confused, she stared up at him wide eyed and speechless momentarily. She pulled herself away from him and kicked her blankets away. "You a**! You scared the crap out of me! How did you even get in here?!" She demanded as she stood up. He stepped back so he wasn't in her personal space. "I use to steal cars and take them joyriding when I was much younger. When I got sent to juvie I met up with this cool dude that was a house burglar. When we got on the outside we swapped tips and tricks.""Oh that's just great. You learned how to be a better criminal in juvie. Only you." The sarcasm was impossible to miss. "One, it wasn't IN juvie. It was on the outside. Two, I never used my new found powers to rob anyone. So it isn't really criminal per se, it's more creepy as ********. Next time pay attention the the story." She almost laughed because only Jesse would get butt hurt about her saying he learned how to be a better criminal in juvie. "You saying you didn't pick up any skills at that all girls Catholic reform school. Your record says otherwise.""All I learned there was how to be a c**k tease hun. Everything else I learned on the otherside of those gates." She winked at Jesse. He would get her meaning, which of course was the fact that all the trouble she got into was when she managed to sneak out of the school. Everything from the car they 'stole' and went joyriding in, to underage drinking, going to wild Frat parties, getting stoned, underage tattoos and piercings, fights and being groupies for some local bands. The trouble she had got in was good harmless teenage fun. Nothing terribly bad. Just things that lots of teenagers did. She moved toward the door and stepped out. Titus followed close behind her as she moved toward her kitchen. "So if their a specific reason you broke into my house dude? Or was it just for shits and giggles?" She asked as she opened the fridge then tossed him a V8 Splash Berry Medley. He caught it easily but did not open it. She grabbed one for herself and twisted the lid off after shaking it. She took a sip and Jesse just watched her for a minute. "What's up Titus?" She asked staring at him, her discomfort growing with the passing minutes. "So....there is no easy way to say this. So....I think it's best I just come out and say it.""Jesse....is it Rion?" She asked suddenly feeling weak in the legs. "No. Rion is fine. It's actually...Cade, Moira is dead. As is Cole and Ethan."It felt like the air had been squeezed from her. Cole was dead? Cole Manheim? She had known Cole her entire life! He had lived five houses down from her! Cole and Orion use to play football together as kids, and race their bikes. Moira was a nice woman that Cadie knew since she was little. She was roughly 6-10 years her Mother's senior and had been with the Club when Lena first started hanging around there. She had babysat Cadence on and off for many years. It seemed insane that a woman who was so much a part of the Club would never be at the house again. Cadence let out a breath she did not realize she had been holding. She quickly wiped at the tears that had fallen without her permission. She felt Jesse's arm move around her, and then he pulled her close. She laid her cheek against his cheek and felt him stroke her hair. She didn't know Jesse could be anything other then a jerk, but she figured this would be the only time she would see a different side of him. "Ethan...Has anyone told Eden or Jethro?" She wiped at the tears again. "I'm not sure. I think Killian is going to handle that. He is the one with ties to that MC. He was the one who had dealings with them. The rest of us weren't as close to Jeth's MC." Cadence couldn't talk for the moment. She just nodded to show she understood. "The Clubhouse was burned down...""Jess, who did this?" She looked up at him afraid of the answer. She was terrified of Black, and hated to think he was hunting them all. "Black and a group of his people.""I know it is none of my business Jess, but...do we know why?""Nothing yet. Only that he is trying to break the MC. He isn't working with Ben anymore. He's went rogue again." Cadence's free hand moved to one of the wounds on her abdomen. She knew he was rogue now. She had figured that much out but she didn't know what he was trying to do. Cadence allowed Jesse to hold her a few minutes longer because she needed the comfort. She sensed his comforting her was as much for himself as it was for her. She would never ever say that though. She knew Jesse long enough to know that Jesse was not the type of man who broadcast his feelings. She looked up at him, her eyes still swimming with tears but she was in better control. She inhaled slowly, steadily. She was trying to get control of her run away emotions. "Jesse, what can I do? I want to help." He nodded his head but did not immediately answer. Of course she would want to help. She would never vocalize it but she saw the MC as family. it's why she put her a** on the line to help Grace and Rion. Cadie was confusing and difficult, but under everything she only cared about one thing. Family. She saw them as family. it's why she wouldn't talk to the FBI agent, it was why she had beat the hell out of that chick. It was why she always seem to gravitate back to the Creek, it was why she shadowed Killian. The MC was her family, and she couldn't stay away. Same way Orion would never stop looking over her shoulder. "You get with Grace. She is the MC Mother now." Cadence nodded her head. She understood what Titus meant. Moira had been allowed to keep her position because she had been there so long, and Grace was so new to the family. Now Moira was out of the picture and Grace was to take the crown and rule as Queen of the MC. A title she got whether she realized it or not when she married Orion, the MC President. "Am I allow to call Eden and talk to her? See how she is doing?" She asked, unsure if she was allowed to reach out. "Essentially Ethan was on loan. So...his MC will demand answers and want justice for Ethan. I am going to get with Killian, and I think he will be handling Jeth's MC. You can talk to Eden. If she gets hostile, back off. Don't answer any questions. You know d**k about what is going on. Remember Club business is Club business." He warned, mouth set in a stern line. It was at odds with his normally smiling face. "I understand. I don't know anything, and you know I wouldn't talk.""You were in the hospital if they ask. You stick to that story. Anything they ask, you have no clue. you were in the hospital." Her head bobbed up and down quickly. He gave her a hard look, then finally patted her on the head. "You are finally learning." He grinned at her and then finally opened his juice. It was a pity it took her so long, but better late then never. "Last question. I don't care if you did or didn't. I'm not Orion, Jasper or Killian. I don't expect you to live like a nun, or only ******** guys you are emotionally attached to. I get it, you are gorgeous, men are attracted to you. You have your own urges that you need to take care of. So you are going to ******** around, no doubt. Your business. Your a grown woman. I do need to know if you were ******** around with any of Jeth's men." Jesse had never been one to sugar coat anything. He said whatever he had to and whoever didn't like it, their problem. "I was pregnant Jesse." She replied a bit shocked and confused. "That doesn't answer my question." His eyes were locked on her shocked face. "No. I did not hook up with any of Jeth's men. I really didn't associate with them. I was looking like a freakshow much of the time I was with them. Eden took care of me, I stayed at their house for the most part.""What about Ethan?" He asked quickly, he had suspected there was something between them. Killian had made it seem like there was. then again Killian tried Cadence like a child. He wanted her to be a saint. Probably something to do with him having been the one to have kept an eye on her from afar all those years. "No. No. I did not have sex with anyone in that MC. The last people I was involved with that way was Black and Ben. It wasn't willingly either. So...I have not invited anyone to my bed at any point in time. If they claim I did, they are lying. God honest truth. Jasper was the last person I actually willingly slept with. That was quite some time ago.""Well s**t, when this is all over we have got to get you laid! We got a new Prospect." He winked at her and she quickly shook her head. "I won't hook up with anyone in the MC. Not unless Orion AND Jasper say it is okay. Even then it would have to be a serious thing, not a fling. I am not going to cause trouble among Brothers. You all need to be able to trust each other with your life.""Passed that test with flying colors. Seriously though, you need to get laid. You need to find a man you are attracted to and go to town. You deserve it at this point." He slapped the restraining order against Cadence's arm. "File that right away." She took the paperwork and saluted him. Letting him know she was on it. He didn't stay to much longer. He checked out her latest battle scars, checked her windows for any sign of tampering. He did a once over in her apartment. Checking to see if anything had been bugged, or appeared to be strange. Once satisfied he asked to see her gun and make sure that was in working order. His parting words to her were if Ben or Black showed up, shoot to kill. Empty the damn chamber in them and talk to no one when the police showed up. The Club would handle things from there. Jesse knew with her pass with the men, and Judge or Jury would let her off easily. Not to mention the fact that she was a tiny 5ft woman who weighed barely anything against a giant of a man who towered over her and had savagely beat her in the past. Beat her nearly to death. No jury would convict her, so if she happened to take either one of the men out. Well she was doing the Club's dirty work, getting her revenge and then walking. ~Candie~ But you gotta search within you, you gotta find that inner strength And just pull that sh*t out of you and get that motivation to not give up And not be a quitter, no matter how bad you wanna just fall flat on your face and collapse. ~Eminem

Location:Home Company: Lincoln Wearing: Wearing Maralyn Ó'Conchobhair When she heard his familiar voice say her name ever so softly her blue eyes turned to see is form striding towards her. Her voice caught in her throat at the sight of him as tears welled in her eyes. All these ******** emotions; the relief at seeing him in the forefront. He kissed her stomach as her hands gently tousled through his hair. Then his attentions turned from their children to her. Their lips met and her hands moved from the top of his head to caress his cheeks; her thumbs rubbing lightly over the stubble that had begun to grow there.
When their lips parted, she only wished that it could last longer; it seemed just too brief. "I've miss you so much, hon." It had only been a few days, but those couple days felt like a lifetime without him. And yet there was more time to come. She took a breath, no she wouldn't cry here. Wouldn't ruin their time, it would be short as it was."I'm sorry I didn't come sooner, but this is when they told me to..." Maralyn would have been in here the first night with him if she been able to. Had she been in a position to storm the place, but she wasn't. Even now, she thought if she could stay here with him she would.
Her blue eyes took in his form in front of her. She was looking for anything out of place on the man besides the orange jumpsuit. Her eyes met his blue ones again, her small hands moving to grasp his larger ones."How are you? How is Nate?" After a few minutes of searching his eyes to ensure he was telling her the truth, before she rested her forehead against his. "Dear gods I've missed you. But we're ok, Dereck. We are safe."

'Cause sometimes you just feel tired, Feel weak, and when you feel weak, you feel like you wanna just give up [ ~Cadence Jaycey Sinclair-Caine~ Cadence was fighting her old car. Trying to force it to start. She had no idea where her newer car was currently located. Last time she had saw it was when she bleeding all over the backseat of it. "Come on you b***h!" She yelled as she tried the key once more. She used her free hand to hit the steering wheel as if that would help anything. She knew she should be resting but she had to get those papers to Diana. Jesse wanted it done, and Grace needed it done. So she could not lay around on her back and do nothing. Much to her surprise her newer car came driving right up and parked right beside her. She stared at her car and the stranger driving in it. He got out and walked right over to her. She locked her doors and stared at him through the glass on the driver side window. He bent down and rapped on the window with his knuckles. "Cadence right?" She stared back at him suspiciously. He already knew it was her. He had been shown a photo, and he had checked the ID in the purse that was in the backseat of the car. "I'm Wolf, one of the Prospects." She stared back at him. "Turn around. Let me see." He grinned back at her before he turned around and looked back over his shoulder at her. She unlocked the car door and slowly emerged from her car. She was still wary of this man despite what his leather said. She had never met him. He had turned around and was facing her again. He held up her key ring and she reached for them. He snatched them back before she could grab them. She frowned back at him. "Titus told me to return the car to you, AND that I am to stick close to you." He announced and immediately she cursed them both in her head. "Really? I feel like everyone's time would be better spent NOT babysitting people who don't need it. Grace needs people to look after her, not ME." Cadence replied obviously annoyed with the situation. She was her own damn person! She had not man to answer to. She was free to come and go as she pleased. This latest situation had absolutely nothing to do with her. Black could have killed her, and had decided not to. He had not intended to this time. His attack on her had not been a message to the Angels, but a parting message to Ben. More like him spitting in his face. Either way she was officially not endanger anymore, or at least she believed. The man in front of her gave her a huge smile. He winked at her, and then turned back to her car. He walked back around to the otherside. Slipped right in the driver's seat and leaned across the seat to call out through the passenger's window. "Get in." Cadence stood there in disbelief, did he really just hi-jack her car and expect her to be a passenger in her own damn car?! He stared at her for a long minute, clearly not backing down from the cold look she was giving him. She finally turned back to her older car and grabbed her bag from the passenger seat. She turned around to catch Wolf ogling her a** when she had leaned over to retrieve her bag from the car. She remained silent as she got in her car and settled herself. She immediately changed the music and lowered it a bit. The two drove in silence to the first light. It turned red and they waited. "Wolf...you said it is?" Was this a test from Titus, or simply him doing his job? She wasn't sure, but either way she was sure she hated the situation. The man was a stranger to her, and she did not trust strangers. If anyone was going to babysit her she would prefer it be Killian. Killian and she at least had a mutual respect and understanding for one another. It would be more like hanging out rather then him babysitting. She knew it was better this way for Killian though. He was often to lenient with Cadence, and gave her a lot of freedom. Freedom and patience that the other men did not give her. Often time he got himself in trouble on her behalf. Feeling the need to indulge the young woman. She would not complain though, this man Wolf was simply following orders. Titus was just doing what her brother himself would have done. Put someone on the more vulnerable people to try to make sure that person was protected. So she would not be a pain in the a** to either man. Titus had more important things on his mind. Wolf had probably been selected because he did not know Cadence. He was not Killian, he was in fact in the opposite boat. He and she were strangers to one another. He would not fall victim to her charms, or tears. There was no weak spot for a childhood friend, or friend's little sister for him. He would do his job and do it well. Even if it was a job he did not want to do, which she was sure was the case. "Yeah..." He replied. "Well Wolf, let me tell you something. I catch you staring at my a** again and you are going to have a hell of a time getting these size 8 heels out of you a**. Also, don't touch my damn radio. I am in charge of the music. It happens again, and we can definitely not be friends." She says as she calmly looks over at her, he turns to return her look and just grins like an idiot. He likes that she is outspoken, and unafraid to speak up for herself when she feels the need to. He was already warned about her, so he knows to be on his toes around this one. "It's no wonder you are single. You are a b***h." There was no heat to the statement. It was in fact just that, a statement about his observation on her personality. "Damn straight." She huffs and he simply laughs at her response. "How old are you kid?" He asks as he continues to drive. She hates that he refers to her as a kid. Everyone seems to and it is frustrating. She is a grown woman, but never seems to be treated or accepted as one. The conversation continues as they drive. Thankfully they pull up to Diana's home, and Cadence slips out of the car. She realizes she should have called first but it was to late for that now. So she just walks up and knocks on the door. If she's not home she can leave it in the mailbox and call Diana to tell her where to find the paperwork. At least then Cadence's part is done, and she could try to run the few errands she had to. She was still desperately in need of a table since hers had been destroyed in a fight. ~Candie~ But you gotta search within you, you gotta find that inner strength And just pull that sh*t out of you and get that motivation to not give up And not be a quitter, no matter how bad you wanna just fall flat on your face and collapse. ~Eminem

Dereck Michael Thompson
Dereck stayed on his knees for a second more before standing and pulling his chair directing in front of Lyn's, so that their knees were touching and he could reach over and hold her hands between his. "Don't be sorry. These assholes are trying to make our stay here as bad as possible. Which included making you and I wait this long to see one another." He couldn't help but be extremely relieved that she was safe, and looked healthy overall. She didn't need to be constantly stressing about him and Nate being on the inside, because it wasn't good for the babies -- and she was already high risk given that she is carrying twins. "Nate is doing good. In fact, we got a new cellmate yesterday. Orion." He wasn't sure what she would do with that information, if she did anything at all, but she needed to know as much as he knew, given she was going to be his wife. "Nate and I are having our court hearing in a week. I want you to be there. The jury tends to take pity on someone when they won't be able to be there for the birth of their children." It was true, and it wasn't like that was the only reason he wanted her there, but it would would certainly help.

"I won't be broken I won't be tortured I won't be beaten down" ~Orion Michael De La Cruz~ Orion nodded his head, he was not surprised Jesse was taking this all to heart. Jesse was his best friend. They had been through so much. Black had always been close to them until the last couple of years. Even before Black and Orion has issues from time to time. Jesse and he just always seemed to be one the same level. Jesse was the only one who fully got the dream that Orion was trying to bring to life. He wanted the MC to live on the right side of the law. No more guns, drugs, or runs for those sorts of people. He had been steadily leading them away from that life. He had procured for them several lucrative businesses that allowed them all to have a source of income without resorting to the less desirable means of money. Orion had worked long and hard to get rid of the men that were set in a life style that would bring the rest of the MC down. He had no desire to see any of his Brothers killed or incarcerated. He had worked to ensure that they all had a place to call home if they needed too. This included some of the older widows, or women that came to them and hoped to be taken on as an old lady by some of the men. There were even daughters or siblings of past members who sometimes resided in the Clubhouse. That was because Orion believed in being there for family. These people were his family, and he would do whatever he had to to keep them alive and together. Jesse understood the dream and had worked with Orion toward that dream. Killian had been wary but eventually came around. Killian lived for thrills, and at first he wanted to continue his wild lifestyle but soon he learned that there no point in risking your life for money. "Titus will work through it. He just isn't use to the sort of pressure he is under. He didn't cause any of this. He didn't fail anyone. This all lays squarely at Black's feet, and mine." He admitted though he did not want to. Orion had kept secrets from his Brothers. One of them being that Black had continually wanted to bring in some shady deals to the table. Believing the men would be interested in 'easy money' and be willing to overlook the how. One of the deals was with the KOR. Black had even brought up the idea of a merger. Orion had shot him down and told him to ******** off. When Black finally came back officially nothing more was said about any of the past propositions. Orion assumed Black was done with all that. That was once again until he brought the merger idea up, again Orion refused. Black seemingly accepted and then...everything else began to happen. Orion blamed himself for most of what had happened. He had wanted to keep an old friend, and tried so hard to do so. He had turned a blind eye to so many warning signs. He felt like had he cut Black loose back then, things would possibly been different. He couldn't be sure, but the possibility was there. "Restraining order?" He repeated pushing his wanderings to the back of his mind for the moment. He only had a limited of time with his wife. He intended to be focused on her the entire time. He gave her hand a little squeeze. "Good. If she can get that in place with Killian's old lady then...take advantage of that. Keep Thomas and yourself safe." He slipped an arm around her, pulled her close and kissed her forehead. "If you want Thomas with Archie, then it will stay that way. Nothing changes unless you say so. Stop worrying about me." He says in a tone that says he is not willing to discuss that matter anymore. "Let's talk about something else. When is your next baby appointment?" He asked and eyed her stomach a moment. Whether the baby was his or not he was concerned for both his wife, and the baby's well being. He of course was telling himself the baby was his. Sadly the visit came to an end all too quickly. He watched her leave and felt as if his heart was breaking. She looked back at him just before the door closed, and he was sure he saw tears in her eyes. He hated that he was hurting her this way. Any other time he would have done his time and not complained. Not been worried about anything going on on the outside because his Brothers would handle it. Now...they would handle things but he wanted to be out for his wife and son. Back in his cell he paced. Frustrated that he was locked up, and angry that his wife was hurting. She was the only one truly suffering with him in here. She was alone with a baby, and now another on the way. He could not do what he needed to do for her. It was the most horrible feeling in the world to know he was both helpless and useless. ~Ryder~ I have the answer I can take the pressure I will turn it all around ~Five Finger Death Punch

Grace Marie De La Cruz OUTFIT
Grace nodded. "The next baby appointment is in a few days." It felt almost awkward thinking about it, only because of the circumstances of the pregnancy. She wanted nothing more for the baby to be Orion's, and in her mind as long as they were married it would be -- but it wouldn't change the fact that it was conceived out of rape. But, she had a few weeks still before even getting the paternity test done, since it was already court ordered. Despite the fact that she would have given anything to stay with Orion, their visit ended too early and she was escorted right out of the prison. It was even harder to leave him this time than it had been watching him get arrested, but she couldn't really do anything about it, except stop by the front desk and get another visit scheduled for a few days from them. When she got back to her car, Grace sent a quick text to Shandee, wanting to let the woman know if she needed anything that she could always come to her. Her next order of business was getting back to the clubhouse, which was burnt to s**t for the most part. Grace pulled into the parking lot and made her way inside the building, which was still standing, despite how charred things were. Then she moved into Orion's office and got right to the safe, opening it and clearing it out of everything that was inside, and shoving it all into her purse. It probably wasn't the best idea to be out and about doing s**t like this without letting someone know where she was, but with Cole's death and well as everything else, the last thing she wanted to do was to be a burden on any of them. Upon walking out of the clubhouse she sent a quick text to her uncle, letting him know that she would be by this evening to pick up Thomas. After that she sent out a mass text message to all of the women of the club that she knew, setting up a meal train for Shandee and the kids so that while they were grieving, they wouldn't need to worry about their meals - at the very least.
Grace moved around to the front seat to get inside of the Jeep, but froze when a police cruiser came driving up into the parking lot, pulling right in front of her vehicle. Cadie must not have gotten the order filed yet -- which wasn't her fault by any means -- because Mendez was the one getting out of the driver's seat, along with an unknown police officer who sat in the passenger seat. "You do know that this was the scene of a crime, right? The hell are you doing here?" He moved forward, stepping around her open door and moving to stand right in front of where she was seated in the Jeep. "I just stopped by to see the damage myself, or insurance purposes. I was just getting ready to leave." As much as she wanted to close the door, she couldn't because he was standing right there. With that second officer in the car as well, she couldn't just grab her gun and shoot him, claiming self defense, either. "I do believe we have something to discuss, no?" His dark eyes flickered down to her stomach, before looking back up at her face, with a smug smirk tugging at the corner of his lips.
Grace inhaled through her nose to keep calm, and shook her head slowly. "We have nothing to discuss because it's not yours. You raped me--" He immediately leaned into the car, narrowing his eyes at her. "You have no proof of that, besides, if you take me to court the accusations will fall through. No one will believe one of the biker sluts. I'll just tell them it was consensual, then, I will get an opening to get rights to whats mine." Grace leaned away from Mendez when he leaned into the car, and narrowed her eyes right back on him. "I told you it's not yours. Now, if I'm not being apprehended for anything I'd like to leave." Mendez looked her over for a moment, then turned over his shoulder and motioned for the second cop to go inside and look around, before turning right back to Grace, and placing his hand on her knee. "You're going to stay right here until he gets a look to see if you tampered with anything."

Location:Home Company: Lincoln Wearing: Wearing Maralyn Ó'Conchobhair Lyn nodded at Dereck and his explanation. She really didn't get the reason why they were pinpointing at him all of a sudden and trying to make life miserable. When he spoke of Orion she looked up quizzically. "Orion is here? Are you two going to be able to share a cell and not hurt each other?" She wondered. The two had been at end's with each other for a long time. In fact it was because of Dereck's dislike for the man that his relationship with his sister had gone south. Lyn only hoped that they could figure out their difference finally peacefully.
She hadn't thought it odd that Orion wasn't at dinner last night at the Clubhouse;he had a family after all. But now hearing this... She looked down at their hands,"I don't know when someone from his club is coming, but something bad happened there last night Dereck. According to Lucky and the news." Lyn wasn't sure what Dereck would do with that news. The rest of it should come from Orion's club members themselves for the other MC president. But it was probably better at least Dereck was aware of it.
She nodded again as he began to speak of the hearing for him and Nate. She was glad they had made the court date finally. At least then they would know how long this was going to last finally. She squeezed his hands comfortingly,"Of course I'll be there. Anything you need, I'll do Dereck."

Agent Diana Peck-Kochette Outfit Diana rocked back on her heels to survey her last work on the wall. Upon entering her home, she had looked at the damage done on the way to her room to change. Pulling on clothes that didn't really care for, old shorts and a shirt from her youth, Di got started cleaning the threatening messages off the few walls with the diluted bleach and a sponge as well as a Mr. Clean eraser. Her dark hair pulled up behind her head.
The woman was proud that she had been able to get most of it off. Yet the walls looked compeltely horrendous and really showed their age. Perhaps it was time to paint them finally. Lyv would enjoy picking out pants tonight after she picked her up.
Di realized she should call Cadie too see if she needed her to pick up the papers she gave her yesterday. The sooner they were sent in, the safer the girls would be. If Cadie had them done, she could pick them up on her way to get Alyvia.
The woman got to her feet and moved to put all the cleaning stuff away. She had to start with the rest of the mess around the house now. At least to get it organized. It was then that she heard a knock on the door. Di crossed to answer it, and found none other than Cadie there. Di looked at the woman a surprised and polite smile on her face, "Cadie, I was just thinking I should contact you. Why don't you come in?"[She asked the woman, opening the door farther to let the woman in. Her green eyes looked suspiciously at the man in the car. "You'll have to excuse the mess. Can I get you something to drink?"

'Cause sometimes you just feel tired, Feel weak, and when you feel weak, you feel like you wanna just give up [ ~Cadence Jaycey Sinclair-Caine~ Cadence smiled at Diana. "I am sorry for just dropping by. I know it is so horribly rude, and disruptive for your daughter." She immediately apologized. Normally she would have called but her mind was racing off ahead of her today. She stepped into the house. Grateful to be away from the Prospect even if only for a few minutes. She was feeling uncomfortable around him. He wasn't purposely making her feel that way, she just didn't know him. So she was distrusting of him, and the close proximity made her uncomfortable. "I wanted to get those papers to you as soon as possible. I was hoping to do that yesterday but...it was a bad day." She wasn't sure if she knew about the Clubhouse and their friends. She was not sure exactly how much Killian shared with her these days. She was not going to step on any toes. "Oh. No thank you. I actually have quite a few errands to run today." She declined the drink offer. Cadence noticed a few things that seemed odd. Things in strange places and more then a thing or two broken. She didn't want to be anymore rude than she already had been but she had to ask. "Are you okay? Last time we saw each other...Is Lyv okay?" She asked softly. Very much afraid of the answer. ~Candie~ But you gotta search within you, you gotta find that inner strength And just pull that sh*t out of you and get that motivation to not give up And not be a quitter, no matter how bad you wanna just fall flat on your face and collapse. ~Eminem

Agent Diana Peck-Kochette Outfit Diana closed the door behind Cadence,Please don't worry about it Cadence. My homes open when you need it to be. Lyv's with a friend anyway right now." Di told her. She wasn't worried about Cadence trying to do anything. She had already helped her out with keeping the girl safe.
Diana took the offered papers with a nod,"Yea, I don't think anyone thought it would end that way. I'm sorry." She told the woman sincerely."I'll get these papers in right away for you too. And if you need anything please, let me know." Di told the other woman as she folded the papers and put them in her purse.
She straightend and looked back up to the other woman "Yes we are both fine. I'm sorry I meant to call you to tell you. Lyv was safe. This was the extent of it. Which I guess is just another sign that it's time for me to redecorate."She told her with a soft smile. Looking out a front window at the car and the man inside. Diana nodded her head towards it,"HOw are you doing? Everything ok?"
