 Later, he stops near a waterfall. Shadow had too much on his mind at the moment and thought would be a good time to cool of for a minute. knowing that his life as a student is on the line was quite agitating. Dealing with people was bad enough for him as it is. He gently removes his hood and takes off his shirt. Leaping over to the stepping stone he slowly dips his head into the calm falling bliss. He felt the cooling sensation flowing through his midnight black hair and gentle smothering his wolf ears as they folded down submitting to the cool waters. Upon his neck, was a strange mark. Apparently a birth mark taking the shape of tribal incantation known as the Dark Beast. A mark representing a powerful demon clan that died out over ten-thousand years ago.

Rin jumped out of a tree and saw the marking on his neck."I have seen that befor some where...."she said to her self and forgot that he dident know she was following him.she reached out her hand and softly touched his neck where the mark was.
"I bet plus did! But he's so cute! I never thought he could do that..."she said and pouted."Hrs older then me but looks yunger than me and yet is stronger then I am..so werd!"she said."But then agen I am only five years old....every one is older than me." she shrugged and said out of no where.

 "Hmmm so you've been made 5 years ago?" He asked. She didn't look five. She looked about his age just shorter. He took his hand from the ground. "Yeah I believe your old teacher is now alive again."

" You know, its rude to spy on people", he said as he slowly turns to her casually without a sign of surprise. Did he know he was being followed all along or is he just playing along? Shadow stares at her with his red irises glaring through the streams of cooling bliss. Water drips from his hair down to his back and chest like running through hard stone. His body seemed more built than an average thirteen year old, but still gently slender like a girl's. " Your from my first period class. What are you doing out here", he asked quietly.

"I-I."Rin looked down and blushed."I Hurd them whispering about you and i knew it couldent be true because they have started to Wisper about me too.they say I'm to shy to be a good persion and suspect I might have killed the teacher.but I dident...and I had no one to talk to and I saw you so inthought I may be able to make a new friend or at least talk to some one who won't be mean to me...no one really seems to like me hear...I'm not that Werd am I.."she looked up and smiled kindly at him."I dident mean to seem like a stalker or someing.I apoligize for my behavior."she bowed.
Rei looked happy."I'm glad that the teacher will be ok.his classes are really fun!"then she anchored his first question."Yea I was.I was the newest moddle."she laughed sheepishly."I was designed as a robotic wepion..."

Realizing she has been following since those gossips, he knew this girl must have a particular reason. But as always, he doesn't seem to care about personal reasons and didn't seem to mind. As he listen to her explanation he leaps of the stepping stone and starts to shaken up his whole body on all fours like a small puppy. Waving his hair, he grabs his shirt and says," Oh yeah, I heard those rumors. But I don't think you should be worried. I hear you attracted quite the attention with the guys at the school. So its just probably a group of jealously messing around". " And besides. For all you know, maybe the rumors about me are true.", he said with an emotionless smirk as if he didn't care what people thought of him. His light joke seemed a bit dark, but maybe he was just trying to see if she would get frightened off. It seem that way in the exterior view, but maybe there's something different on the inside. Its not everyday a young boy can lock away emotions, but there are possibilities.

"Your strange."she giggled.she dident seem to be afrade of him in the least."Sooo what's that birth mark I saw? I have seen it before some where but I can't rember.maby if Ua told me what it as I could rember..maby."she asked with a kind smile.

Rei looked down sadly."I was created to look 16...tecknaly I am 16.I have so much in my memmery storage that I could be 1000."she looked sad."Kairi was made as a child and I watched her grow up, but I dident get to grow.I never changed...I allwas looked the same.my body structure is made out of mettle but I'm still human...sorta...."she sighed."It's not fair! Everyone gets parents, gets to grow up, gets friends! But I got nothing...."she said and slammed her fist down on the table."I'm just a failed experiment.both me and kairi.no one wanted us.not even our creators.

Shadow looks back at her quietly for a moment she she mentioned the mark on the back of his neck. He covered his hand with it and looks down for a moment. " To be honest, even I don't know. And I think it would be best if you don't remember", Shadow suggested in a serious tone as if the origin of the mark was his business alone. Obviously, that mark seems to be trouble for him. " Oh and by the way, watch your footing on those stepping stone. Theyre kinda slippery", said Shadow at the last minute.

"Well... You do have friends... Alot of them." He smiled at her. "Like Chris for example. He risked his life for you." He said happily. "And I'm sure we can try to get like some technician or a mechanic to help you get older." He said trying to find a good solution. He felt bad for her. "Maybe just maybe. I mean is there anyone that can work with machines here?" He asked.

Rei thought."No...not that I know of...but...I think..I Hurd something about growing up from one of the scientist."she said and thought hard.something about finding every feeling and being able to identify it in her heart or something."Something about feelings..."she sighed and hugged him."How does it feel to get older, or have parents..."she asked.

"Well when you get older... you start developing more feelings that you don't understand... Some like feeling a way in which you love someone but past as a brother or sister." He said trying to tell her about some feelings. "As far as parents... I don't know... I haven't really had any good ones."

"Love?" rei said emoshnashly."What is that... That feeling...what are the symptoms..."she asked like it was a dezzes.she tilted her head to the side."But triton was like your dad right? What did he do that was like a dad?" she asked.
