Florida passed a bill to the State Constitution to make Pay for Performance for teachers. My significant other is an educator, and this is just stupid. You're payed on how your students do. That's not really fair to make your wage so variable dependent on something like that, especially if you may need a certain amount of money to keep your household running. Do your teachers have unions there? I know ours would go on strike if faced with such bullshit.

There's already an Online Petition, A Facebook Group, and this made national news. There are already planned demonstrations and protests.
