If it's not that different from Polish, then yes. I think they sound a lot alike.

I think it's close to that.
I'm trying to decide whether I should even try to type this character's accent.
I may just give her very broken English, because she's supposed to be a recent immigrant.

I need to know it because The Undertaker is Finnish!

Take out all un-needed words, and no short cuts such as 'I'm'

usually the first syllable is lightly stressed- Polish and Finnish and other accents like that are very lazy. They don't stress a lot of their syllables. And they don't use conjunctions. If you were to say the phrase you put, it would look like this:
Hallo, my nayme iss (long s sounds) NEO (ay-o. Both stressed together) mi(seven-eighty-nine would all be unstressed), and I am ver( <-- stressed slightly) y ti ( <-- slightly stressed) red.
But yeah, pretty straightforward language. Not a lot of stressing syllables, but usually strong vowels and consonants would be stressed.
