Feline Godess Dart~ *hangs head in shame* I know...we now have a sony tv that has been whispering evil whispers to us...it wants a PS3... ok I actually really want to get a PS3. Infamous looks so fun and now that we have a tv that can do justice to great graphics we are noticing a huge difference between things. Price drop doesn't hurt either.. Lorika~ So excited for Dragon Age! Getting it for my b-day this weekend! PS3 has amazing graphics. I've only really played Mirror's Edge on it so far (suddenly there seem to be a lot more awesome games for it out o__o), but even that is just like... woah. WOOOAH. No, really. Woah. It's like you're playing through a movie XD ONG HAPPY BIRTHDAY IN ADVANCE!! *hug* And I hope the game is good! Be sure to tell us all about it =x

On a completely unrelated note, has anyone here played FFX-2 and beaten Paragon WITHOUT a catnip gunner? x____x It's like.. impossible...

well they may be flimsy, but they are normally easily replaced for free, so it's fine. That and I still have games that are exclusively 360 and I love.

I know guys that work at game stop, and they do their best to stop people from buying 360s cause its a minimum of one month to get them back if you send them to be fixed after RRoD. And yes one of them is infact one of the guys who laughed at me for getting a PS3 and his 360 died on him. @ Feline inFAMOUS is AWESOME! I got that within a week of it coming out and played the hell out of it. Twice. What I want to know is which ending is canon though >.< The Good one or the Evil one.

it just depends on shipping dates there. My friend sent there's out and got it fixed within 2 weeks. At my game stop, the guys don't try to stop anyone from buying a console >.> a lot of people I know own multiple systems lol. I go to my brothers apartment all the time to play games. we've been playing Demon souls and Halo 3: ODST a lot.
@lorika: yeah you don't hate us, you just wanted to post on page 150.
I've heard about FFx-2...and how awful it is, so I never played.

It's not that they try to stop people from buying consoles, just not the 360 haha.
As for FFX-2, have it but got bored at the 10 hour mark of the story. As much as I would like FFXIII I probably won't get it cause it would take me over a year of on and off playing just to beat it.

I do have to admit...I'm a huge fan of the Fable Franchise. In fact Fable 2 was what finally prompted me to buy a 360. I'm eagerly awaiting Fable 3.
as for DOAX2...nothing is wrong with enjoying some digital boobies!
Dart~I really think that inFamous is going to be what pushes me to get a ps3 though...that game looks epic!

I'm such a girl. The pretty, shiny dresspheres won me over despite the appalling story, dialogue... and everything else.
@Goddess, It's not the boobies...! It's the wonderfully endearing mini games and upbeat soundtrack! No, really!
Muahaha, suckers. I'm so fooling them.
I don't plan on getting any more FF games, actually. Imo they're going down a looong, slippery slope...

Fable is one of my all time favorite game series. it is phenominal!!!
Felines right ^.~ digital boobies are pretty awesome, and enjoying them is great.
I haven't played infamous actually. I may get a PS3 for CoD: Modern Warfare 2 though. I spent a hell of a lot of time on the first one, and the second is suppose to be better (if possible)

There is nothing wrong with girl likeing DOA. It's a good fighting series that just happens to have, to put it bluntly, overly busty female characters and half the graphics in the game involve jiggles. I don't own any of the games myself but as a gamer ,and a guy, I do try to keep in touch with it.
And yes, inFAMOUSE is epic. It's has a great story, good game play, and one hell of a twist ending.
My main problem being that playing it while "good" is unrewarding at the end and "evil" just becomes pointless cause all the missions become "Go here and blow stuff up with powers."
And to clearify, playing it while "good" means you do your best to NOT blow everything up and only take out enemies and not civilans.

You didn't kill the convo...was just about to reply when my dogs went wild barking at something outside so I had to go and calm the situation down. Squirrels taunting them is such an awful thing, or so they were trying to tell me.
I love blowing stuff up, but I know what you mean though...wanted to like The Force Unleashed...enjoyed blowing everything up...but it lost me with the story so I never finished it.
On a random note, after clearing up the squirrel incident, saw a hummingbird visiting the flowers of one of our succulants. It was pretty cool.

That's cool ^.^ It's always nice to see hummingbirds.
Back to the good/bad thing. If you play as good Cole, your powers are more percise and can acctually heal you and power you up.
If you play as bad Cole, your powers more or less become "blow up everything around".
For exsample, the basic lighting bolt. Upgraded while playing good, will restore drained power and headshots will heal you. Upgrade while playing bad, more likely to branch off and hit those surounding the target, and head shots cause them to explode.
