It is only made on request, the vials Sigfried has are the only ones that were not made for immediate use and were a gift to him from his brother. Find something else to have your panic attack over.
Technically it doesn't say anything about that in your character's biography... so... what now? Okay... how about it was about vials that looked exactly like the medicine but wasn't the medicine that Sigfried has with him... you should realize that basically there can be any number of medicines made of powerful crystals containing pure energy of different things... the medicines that the fragmented Hikaru and Masato had been forced to take could have been made of powdered meta-physical crystals that contained an energy that has a very faint connection to Hikaru's and Masato's powers... because that is what Hikaru's and Masato's illusions are... they are meta-physical... that is how they are illusions that are basically there and can be physically interacted with... you don't know what abilities meta-physical things have or what effects they have on a person yada yada
EDIT: I never said that the person that Hikaru saw in those memories was one of Sigfried's relatives... so your secret is technically safe. Humanity has been making medicines out of crystalline substances for quite some time... the alchemists have been doing it... ancient Greek apothecaries have been doing it... yada yada...

if you guy speed this up by entering second characters i am kinda screwed...i might try to proxy enter through Susan by boosting someone else...but garret would probably boot them or something, and it wouldn't be fair because then i could never actually win with Lukas.....so could you pretty please not shortcut....unless legend wants an addiction since he's the one claiming legitimate right to rush....

anime. though...
i have to say this, and i know you'd shoot me down because of the nature of it. but dell seems to be one of those people who like a high end business person admires efficiency. such people often have stress and occasionally indulge in certain habits...especially since this one offers what seems to be a boost in efficiency regarding powers...i had told you i had never considered rui/rei or the hikari/masado combination, but dell was one of the people who i considered. i am not actually going to move that way, but i would like your opinion of the concept.
