Cliche' police! There are NO Falcon attacks allowed on Earth since August. If you must use a Falcon attack, then please turn resident to another planet. All Falcon attack permit forms MUST be filled in by November 2nd. Any failure to pay a fine for performing a Falcon attack on Earth without a permit will result in being encased in old soggy cereal and being dried and hardened in the afternoon sun.
