*Joe glances back at the new comer, then back to Hank. He jerks a thumb at the girl.* So's it true that Wolvy's this one's pop?
So I hear. I haven't run the tests myself, however.

*Joe turned back towards the girl.* Does it sound like I'm whispering, kid? It shouldnm't. I mean. Kinda creepy of you to just stand back there eavesdroppin' when you got as clear an invite as you'll find to enter a conversation, but hey. That's on you. Now, if you'll excuse me, my part in this timeshare is just about done.

*Joe picks up the bundle he walked in with, and goes into the bathroom, where he starts his change back into Bruce.*

You're lucky I remembered to bring your clothes this time . . . .

Joe certainly does have a point. I think you'll find that it's far more proactive and efficient, not to mention more amiably received, to merely enter into a conversatoin than to hang back and look disdainful.

...of course, I suppose it is about that age.. sweatdrop

*Bruce staggered out of the bathrooom, adjusting his glasses and already booting up his laptop.*

*He walked over, and took a seat next to Hank . . . not Joe's old seat . . . and ordered some espresso. Somewhere ionside himself, Joe sighed disappointedly.*

So . . . umm. I don't know the details. Joe said something about . . . blue?
PostPosted: Sun Jun 21, 2009 1:25 am

*coughs* Well, yes. Blue.

And a little.... fuzzy. sweatdrop I seem to have gotten a few files mixed together. Nothing permanent.

*Bruce patted Hank on the shoulder* Hey, hey. It's alright. The importanrt thing is that her health isn't worsening. Her transformations are an inconvenience, certainly. And I know she doesn't enjoy them. But . . . well. We're two of the smartest scientists I know. I suppose we COULD call on Dr. McTaggart, but Moria's a bit difficult to contact if you're not a telepath.

We'll figure this out somehow.

*Walks back in after returning from the campsite.*

Think I might start springing for a more long term place. If Betty's going to be around, and I hope she is, she deserves more than a tent in the wilderness.

*shimmers into existence*

I dar3 say, I could use s0me caffeinated r3freshment!

Betty! Umm. Any chance you heard what I said? About getting us a longer term kind of home? I think we could use one.
PostPosted: Sun Jun 21, 2009 10:47 am

R3ally!?

*runs up and hugs Bruce tightly*

That's fabul0us!..
...

Oh.. but I'm just dig1tal. I'm hardly what I'd c0nsider a proper flesh and bl0od wife....

Well, that doesn't mean it's okay for me to keep you living in the conditions we have been. I'm sure that even Joe would agree. You deserve to have an actual home.

Heck, maybe something with a lab, and a computer we can have always on and connected. So we can . . . you know. iChat with Hank, to work on the cures.
