Taking the vial, she downed the contents and hoped that it was going to work fast as possible while not causing anything else to happen. "And neither of them will want to stay in bed. Well, I'm not going to baby them this time and I already told Malik that. No sympathy from me...I only have enough of that for myself." Blinking a few times at feeling dizzy again before that settled out once more. "He plays rough on the crucial bones just to give you something to do, I'm sure."

"Okay, so I don't." Turning his eyes to his father once more, "And how exactly does me being tournament champion make you better besides you getting to be lazy at tournament now?" Propping up on his elbows some with a cringe, ow. "You have to at least give me credit on setting that up." Smirking though, "I really just wanted to see you beat him to a pulp, before or after I was through with him." Plopping back once more...let's not do that again. "But you know, things were different this year and I know you...you get into a mindset and other things get by you. I can't have mom feeling bad because of either of us, it's not fair to her. Someone had to win, and I was more mobile than you this time." Sighing lightly, "The only shame I would have felt in any of it, is if I let Valten get the better of me. That wasn't happening."

Zahara felt a strange clenching in her tummy before she dragged a weary hand through her hair and stripped out of her healer's robes. Dropping them on a pile on the floor, she plopped onto her husband's lap and curled up against him. "He's a b*****d and you can tell him I said that, too. He better thank the gods everyday that I was willing to take the time or he wouldn't be walking right now." It was all for show, she'd have never allowed Malik, or Malikhai for that matter, to hurt longer or more than necessary. "I told you not to let him give you energy."

"Who said I would get lazy? you think I'll just sit down ont he sidelines from now on, is that it?"
and ruffling his son's hair some.
"You caught me offguard several times, Malikhai. especially with your swordplay. you were usign your sword like it was more a swod designed for your mother or Kieran. your youth means you try things, you experiment with thigns that most would tell you don't bother with. and that helps me, when you can effectively use them, and helps you, if you can't. I learn about new techniques I might try, and you learn what will work and what won't."

Sevilin let her plop and grabbed a rag, scrubbing at spots on her that she ahd missed and he couldn't stand. "Oh, I can tell him? I haven't been allowed to do anything lately." Smirking lightly at both women and no doubt the looks he got from them.
Coming up to his mother, he lifted his arms to be picked up and cuddled. He liked to cuddle her when she was feeling bad and she was indeed looking like she was feeling bad. Despite his size. "Is everyone better?"
"You tell him a lot of things, I tell him a lot of things, and he never listens. It's part of his charm I suppose." Chuckling lightly as her stomach was starting to ease. "Do I get to go see him or do I have to stay put as well?"
"You can't just enjoy being high ruler of things with your wife, can you?" Shaking his head to that before giving a light not, glancing back to make sure Kaelin was still there. "I don't practice for hours on end for no reason, and once you are used to the weight of your sword you should always start letting it go to new places and become that much more aid to you in what you do. I used mom's sword to learn the proper motions from it's design, then applied the motions to my own despite the design difference. Made it work, or so it seems."
Snickering though and pointing first at the tent entrance then to Kaelin. "But unlike you, I'm not going to go try and be running around tomorrow. Zahara and Kaelin will both hurt me."

"I'm certainly not going to and I hate to deny you the things you truly enjoy. Do so with my blessing." Zahara gave a smile as her son came over and swept him up onto her lap, holding him against her. Sevilin could handle their combined weight without breaking his legs; they'd tested that theory many many times. Pushing her fingers through his hair, she nodded. "Yes, baby. Everyone is better." Keeping her arms around her youngest, she studied Piper closely. "If you think you can make it without passing out, needing more energy, or losing whatever else you've put into your stomach lately, yes, you can see him. But I don't want to drag your unconscious body back here again."
She gave him a small smile when he glanced her way and shrugged. "I wouldn't have to hurt you. Lady Inthara would take care of it for me. Besides, I wouldn't hurt you." Because she still didn't fully trust Malikhai's father. She stayed by his head, rubbing her sore wrist absently.

A light chuckle.
"I do enjoy being the 'high ruler' of things with your mother. but that doesn't mean I don't enjoy other pleasures you know. and I do give you credit where it's due. and yes, I'll probably be tied to a piece of furniture tomorrow."
glancing at Kaelin, and raising a lightly eyebrow.
"is that so..then what would you do to stop him? he's about as stubborn as his father."
this should be interesting.

"Yes, Zahara threatened me badly. I assume she threatened you as well and will be there personally to tie us to repsective pieces of furniture." His father had asked an interesting question to say the least and he was kind of wanting to hear the probably interesting answer to it.
"How fun. My day can be exciting."
"Are we staying over because you'll want to watch them to make sure they stay better?"
"I'll take her!" Popping up at his mother's side and giving her a hug. After all he was worried about her and his brother and father as well. Seemed that he was the one that got off easy this time. Which he then played formal and offered his mother his arm and grinned at Zahara. "You know she's good with me. I'm the one that doesn't get all bashed around."
"Right no more unconcious or such things." Taking her son's arm with a grin at him as he was back to his flighty and fool around ways. "Let's go then you silly thing." The two of them making their way to where the others were. Hopefully they were at least sitting still.
"Ta da! I present the Lady D'vinn, now concious for your viewing pleasure." Which got him popped in the back of the head. "Hey, making fun of it makes me feel better." Which promptly got a kiss pressed to his hair.

She blinked and then paled considerably, obviously trying to figure out a way to answer the question. Lady D'vinn's appearance gave her a way out and she simply stepped back and remained quiet.
"No, Kit. We're staying over because I don't think I'm going to be moving much the rest of the day and night. Unless of course your father wants to carry me home while I reverie. I think it's probably safer that we don't do that though, don't you? Hey, why don't you go find Mykorian and see if you can get him to talk to Faate?"

before noting the look on Kaelin's face, before turning to his wife.
"and here we all are, being good. Not aggravating any injuries or anything. and how are you feeling?"

"I like sleepovers. Is Kariel coming with us to stay too?" Blinking before looking to Faate then back to his mother. "Mykorian can be by himself. He was mean to Faate. I punched him." Beaming at that one.
"Oh yes, I'm sure you're both saving the injuring aggrivating for when we all get home." Turning a look over them and over to Kaelin who was looking like she was being quiet again. "Oh come now Kaelin, we talked about the quiet thing." And promptly turning her attention back to the menfolk. "I'm starting to feel oddly hyper, honestly."
"Uh oh, that means Zahara gave her something."

Malik's eyes narrowed lightly. last he recalled, her moving too much or the like was a bad thing. and now Zahara was giving her drugs to make her hyper? why would she do that. yes, malik was being overprotective again. But he'd speak with her later on that.
"So what did she tell you about passing out, you got a relatively clean bill of health, 'Chev?"

One eyebrow rose and she shook her head. "You shouldn't punch elves who are bigger than you, Kit. Did Mykorian apologize to Faate?"
"Nope and he's not going to. Which is just as well because I don't want to talk to him anyway. He has Lyssie all to himself. Should be happy."
"I...don't have anything to say, Lady D'vinn....I mean Lady Piper," she corrected herself quickly.

A shake of her head at Kaelin, "Closer. Good." And turning her attention back to the menfolk. "She said I'll be fine, it's all your fault, she's angry with you, and stop being a b*****d. I got reprimanded on giving into demands. I suspect she's going to be throwing us both into bed later."
"No. I punched him and he left after Faate said mean things too." Slipping away from her and moving over to Zykariel. "Kariel! Can you stay?! Can you? Please?"
Sevilin rolled his eyes, giving Zahara the 'the girls are competeing again' look. Not in the good way though. "I'm going to throw one of them out sooner or later at this rate."
