Ludwig hugged her back and close, he looked so worried and tired.
Eya had that a lot of Romano in him, he was sound asleep and drooling a bit.
Taiki shook his head, he was scared to go outside the mansion's courtyard. He drank the milk slowly to think before he finished it. "I-I want Sana to come back here o-or Xeon to die..." He mumbled the last part under his breath.

Rina's eyebrows drew together and she hugged him tight, closing her eyes.
"M-Maybe you should... go visit sesuke and Gilbert for a few days, get your mind off all this..."
Karuhi hugged him close.
"Sweety, Sana can never come back and Xeon can't die. Xeon's life is crutial for the rebalance of the world. I know it's hard without your sister here... but I can't do anything to bring her back because I want things to go back to normal." She kissed the top of his head.

Ludwig hugged her tight and nodded. "Y-Yeah...just for a few days..." He was more sensitive to children dying, when he worked in the mines, children were sometimes thrown in to work and killed. He let go and stood up, running a hand through his hair before walking out to go back to Ame and check up on Sesuke and his brother.
Taiki started to cry again, Loki had warned him about leaving the mansion grounds, that it was dangerous but after Taiki couldn't unlock any powers...he stopped warning him or leaving him with a guard. He was so useless compared to Sana or Xeon, just a useless wheel. "The balance was perfect before little brother came!" He wiped at one eyes tied.

Once Ludwig was Gone Rina curled up in to a ball and hugged herself tightly. She always caused Ludwig such pain and suffering, how was it possible that they were soul mates? Maybe... Maybe the book was wrong.... Maybe she was just a substitute. She had to look, she grabbed the book off a pile and flipped it to Ludwig's name. Yeah her name was there... but so was his substitue's... so what did that mean? Vina.. Vina Osiris. Immortal, just like Ludwig.
A girl was trapped in a ring of about 50 people, all of them with weapons, all of them with their sights trained on her. The girl's red eyes flicked around at all of them, she was jittery, biting her lip. She had blonde hair, it reached the bottom of her shoulder blades and had ever shifting highlights, right now they were red, the color of fear. Her eyes also shifted color. She hugged herself.
"So your all going to betray me like this?"
Only one person spoke up.
"We don't need the darkness anymore, a revolution is starting, Vina."
Vina's eyes teared up.
"So you just used me then, I see..."

Eya woke up a bit and wiggled from under Sana gently, putting a pillow under her head before shuffling over to Rina and snatching the book. "What are you doing? You shouldn't look in this book like that!" He opened it to where she had been looking and closed it tightly. He was shaking a bit cause he dreamt of this, Rina looking for if she was realy the soulmate of ludwig or his substitute.
Ludwig got back to Ame and saw Vina, she looked about his age, wait...he did recongize her, she was the lord of ame! She had let the darkness take her over and the village...but he was apart of the darkness so h couldn't just let them hurt her. "Hey! Get away from her!" He yelled to them, spreadingout his darkness to attract them.

Rina looked up at eya, her face blank. She forced it to show an apologetic smile.
"I'm sorry Eya..." She stood up and ruffled his hair before walking to the back room again to take stock, tears building in her eyes. She remembered what her master had said again.
Her Master showed her the book, his name. "You see this Rina? See how those two names are there? Usually there's only one, there's two right now because I'm allowing both to show. Now if both of these show at the same time that means that it's the choice of the person who's name has the two...." Rina hugged herself, wondering if Ludwig would chose her or not. Once chosen... he could only go back two the choice stage if he was near death.
The people turned to him, the person in front was the first one to speak.
"Stay out of this, Ame is suceeding, all people in the darkness are to be killed."
Vina was looking at the ground, her brother was in this crowd, along with her father. She knew she had made a horrible mistake, but they wouldn't let her live it down. She was immortal but her brother knew how to kill her, she had told him, because she had thought she could trust him.. now the whole police force was on her. A tear rolled down her cheek and fell to the ground, the only way to save herself was to kill everyone here, and she didn't want to kill her brother... her father she didn't care about, but her brother used to be her world. She was so heart broken she didn't even notice Ludwig there, everything was zoned out and in slow motion.

Eya hugged the book close and nodded, lifting up a loose board to put the book in, his dream was his visions, they wre invading his dreams and he had seen this place almost burnt down. He curled up right there and stared blankly at the floor, trying to see more.
Luwig growled, stickng out his hand to make a skeleton climb out of the ground with a bone sword and slice two heads off in a warning. "Then your no better than the darkness!" He took a knife from his boot, Rina gave it to him five years ago on his birthday.

The people scattered, being a necromancer alone envoked so muck fear.
Vina looked up and watched them scatter, her brother didn't even look back. She collapsed to her knees, her highlights and eyes going blue. She fell back and sat on her legs, looking at the ground as more tears came. Everyone she knew and loved turned on her.

Ludwig let the skeleton go back down, that took some energy, he hadn'y used his necromancer skills in years. He walked over to her and helped her to stand. "Hey you ok? Hey no crying, be lucky they didn't kill you!" He said, she still had her soulmate alive so he couldn't feel any love toward her.

Vina looked at him and nodded, wiping away her tears.
"Yeah... I'm okay, physically anyways... My brother was in that mob." She forced herself to smile. "Than-" Her eyes got wide and she doubled over, gripping her chest. It took a few deep breaths to get her heartbeat down. "They got James... they couldn't leave it and killed him, my soulmate.. my other half..." She turned from him and looked at the village, her face extremely sad. "The only thing I would give my life up for and they killed it. My country hates my now, the thing that I thought was the most beautiful and it wants to kill me.. like a wolf run rampant." She snapped a necklace off her neck and looked at it, biting her lip. "My life is over, they've already won."

Ludwig got wide eyed at her, not cause that was shocking, which it was, but to suddenly feel like he loved her, but he loved Rina! He gripped his head to calm down and sighed, walking over to her and taking her hand to pull her away. "Just worry about yourself! We nee to get you out of Ame so they can't kill you!" He was serious, he knew of a abandoned house about two miles away, he could get her there and she would be safe. He looked back at her once in awhile and gritted his teeth. "What the hell am I feeling? I haven't fel that need since I met Rina...what if...this is my substitute?"

Vina followed, allowing him to drag her, she was so broken right now but knowing that someone was here to help her calmed her down a bit, made the world more clear. She gripped Ludwig's hand a bit for some support, she was barely holding on. so much had happened to her in the past hour she was going through shock.

Ludwig got her to the house and let go to take the boards off the door that sealed it, kicking it open cause it had been locked. "Come on, you should be safe here..." He pulled her inside and got the boards off the windows.

Vina walked in and looked around, not what she was used to, but it would do. She turned and looked at Ludwig, a small smile appearing on her face. Her eyes and her highlights turned pink.
"I never got to finish thanking you before... but thanks." She flopped down on the floor and ran a hand through her hair, causing the highlights to frizzle in to different colors, a rainbow, in till it settled.

Ludwig didn't look at her, he couldn't without a slight blush. "No problem...I couldn't let someone get hurt because they were just in the darkness. I gotta go but I'll check on you tomorrow ok?" He smiled at her before running out to go check on his brother, mostly cause Sesuke was darkness and Gilbert light.
