It seems really...random? --But coordinated at the same time.
Maybe, get rid of some colours, so that all of the colours actually match.
&&get rid of some black in the middle area; change your hair colour, perhaps? ;o
8.5//10 the whites are a bit off. rate tektek VS. Current?

It seems empty, and...unmatching.
Change the blue shorts; the vest as well. Both are out of place.
The avatar looks heavier at the top-- maybe because of the hair.
It needs some work, but there are tons of items on Gaia that are affordable, and match.
Start with a base colour, and then gradually add on with supporting colours.

Colours match really well.
A little bit cluttered, and can change the pants, it shade of blue doesn't match much with the rest of your avatar. (:
