Vae walked through the front door of the tavern and looked around the bar area. "Aw Damn. Someone Ate all my pizza I ordered." He said with a little sad sigh and continued into the bar. With a little sigh he went to work on cleaning the bar and disinfecting everything. Old food in the fridge was the first to go so that could be sanitary again. "A little music would be nice." He said and went out the back door with a bag of trash and tossed it into the dumpster. He went back into the bar and started the radio on some classical music. They were mainly playing Mozart today. But some times they would play music from Russian composers such as Nikolai Kasputin.

After the fridge was cleaned and restocked. He went to the cabinets and sink cleaning all the dishes in a fraction of the real time it would take to clean them. After the kitchen was clean he would work on the bar area wiping everything down and shining some of the glasses. Old Liquor bottles would get a good cleaning as would the tables and chairs

After a long and deep cleaning he turned the main lights back on and went around the bar top and sat on it. The music switching to something a bit more current with the times. His tail was slowly swaying behind himself as he made himself a drink and one for company.

Vae snapped awake from his little nap he had taken on the counter of the all too familar bar. With a wide yawn and wag of his tail he sat up in his spot. A longer yawn and stretch followed once he was sitting up.
A bottle of wine was summoned to left hand. The cork was forced out by ice moving up the bottle.

Vae went into the kitchen and came back out with a plate of fresh Sushi to be served to people if they came in or down the stairs. Mainly it was for him to snack on while he relaxed in a fancy cat manner.

Zeke came out of her room and looked around. She'd changed a lot over the years, but now was... a girl! Her hair was still white, hanging down to her knees. She wore a black and white sleeveless and legless body suit that stretched quite a lot over her full breasts, with sleeve cuffs hanging from her mid arm. A black and white studded leather collar clung to her neck. Thigh high black leather boots covered her feet, a floppy black cap sat on her head, her small bat wings poking out through her long white hair. A black and white stripped tail swayed behind her, the black tip looked like a arrow head. She had a black heart shaped eye patch over her right eye, her left electric blue. A scar of the past was across her nose, making her pale skin and black painted lips stand out. She stopped at the base of the stairs and blinked at seeing the sushi and Vae as well.

Vae hadn't changed much at all. Even his pants had well withstood the test of time. A quick sniff of the air told Vae who the curvy woman was. "Hey Zeke." He said in a nonchalant voice as he poured a glass of wine for her and himself. "Sushi is fresh and the kitchen and bar are both clean enough to eat off." It was true. The bar looking better that most days when it was overly active. "You look. Lovely." He said trying to choose the right word.

Zeke blushed and a soft smile spread over her black lips. "Th.. thank you, Vae." She moved, her hips and tail swaying as she did. She then kissed Vae's cheek and giggled. "Guess my scent didn't change, huh." She took one of the crab rolls and popped it in her mouth happily.

Vae gave a little blush from the kiss but was quick to hide it. He got down off the bar and gave her a soft hug. "Most people's wonderful scent never changes no matter how much they change." He released her from the hug and grabbed himself a cream cheese roll and ate it down quickly. A sip of red wine to wash it down.

The tip of her tail swayed lazily behind her as she watched him. "So... are... you still with Nena? I've been in my room and haven't seen anyone in ages."

"Nena?" Vae gave a vague look to her as if the name rang a bell. "Oh. Nena. Yeah. Well. We haven't seen each other. She moved to be with her family while I was gone from here. Nearly everyone moved away while I out." He said and sat back down on the bar. His tail curled up into his lap. "But at least your here."

Her tail moved and hid in her hair. What it was doing was making a heart shape. Zeke smiled softly. "So... you're single then?" Her wings fluttered slightly on her head.

"Yeah. I'm Single." Vae said and smiled at Zeek looking her new body over before taking another sip of the wine. "Would you like a glass? I have one poured and waiting to meet a pair of lips." He motioned to the other glass with his free hand.

She felt her heart skip a beat at hearing the news. She smiled softly and nodded. "I'd love one." She moved and picked up the wine glass, her every movement was graceful, it was as if Zeke had been a girl all his life.
