Makes sense, I think. I have to start working on missions to get my team again.

Finished the second rp, this one involving three missions tied together. I set that rp before the vortex anomalies. I stayed up late last night putting the finishing touches on that rp, and at the end of it I did have them return to Aquos Island and get sucked into a Vortex, and wind up in Lilycove City with only four of their Pokemon each.
In the RP, I had Kasumi's Marshtomp evolve into Swampert and Ren's Fraxure evolve into Haxorus (they did have sufficient Evo points), but after getting sucked into the vortex Swampert became Mudkip again and Haxorus became Axew, so now I have to update my bio's accordingly.
Edit -Finished editing my character profiles, at least from this account

Does it ever get confusing, typing two characters in the same RP? O.o

Captain Linda Does it ever get confusing, typing two characters in the same RP? O.o Not really. I imagine it could, but I color-code. If Kasumi speaks, it's this colorIf Ren speaks, it's this colorThis tactic helps me out when I read my stuff.

spent the last few hours editing my two recent rp's, lol, Well, the first edit was easy. I just had my characters catch Pokemon who were fainted. I assumed that being fainted they'd be easier to catch, but I was told that was wrong, so I made simple edit to say they were conscious but retreating, no big deal. I was also asked to improve my battles in the second rp, which I did, lol, and I am happy that I was told to improve those, because that battle against the Aerodactyl on steroids came out bloody awesome! Not to brag or anything. I also improved the earlier battles with the thieves earlier in that rp, but that didn't need such significant edits. Still, it was a nicer read when I finished.

I'll look over it again to see this epic battle. I should maybe get started on my own mission...
I'm lazy.

Captain Linda I'll look over it again to see this epic battle. I should maybe get started on my own mission... I'm lazy. I think you'll like it, lol, I certainly think that ending battle is a profound improvement over what it was before, and it sets me up for the transition into the new rp very well. I'm just waiting now for them to be graded to put the finishing touches on my profiles. I'm also working on missions within Hoenn now, for the time-being, since we're kinda restricted there for the time-being. I think I have like 27 that Ican do within the first 2 levels, maybe more, I'll check again when I get home, but presently I am visiting grandparents.

Assuming that money resets to 1k, which it starts at for new characters, then once my latest mission is graded after my transition rp I'll be able to replace both my amulet coins.
Anyway, did Birch's first break-in as after the distortion, so I'll actually get to keep the coins and Pokemon I earned. The transition rp doesn't get counted towards my wealth or items because it was set before the distortion, but that's fine, I had fun writing it, and that's the important thing.
I'll start typing up another mission when I get back from making a trip to the store now, and I'll keep having fun, and giving the leaders here stuff to grade, lol.
Archie will probably love the most recent rp I turned in today, though, lol, as I had my characters steal two Pokemon, and got Team Magma to take the blame while the coppers thought my characters were heroes. That was another fun rp to write.

Actually I've asked the money and items question and I've been told that there really shouldn't be any reason money and items don't carry over with us. However if you're doing a total character reset, I've no idea, though I'd venture to guess that it's really all up to you guys.

You don't have your items or Pokemon, but there might be opportunities later to get them back somehow. But for all immediate purposes, you're a clean slate, minus the 3 or 4 Pokemon that you decided to keep.

I checked the rules, and as far as I can tell, I can run one rp per week, so I'll start one around 5 pm tonight (Pacific timezone), unless told otherwise or unless the higher ups decide to run one. I will leave it open until I am going to bed, around midnight. I think it might be a trip to the ice caves to catch a Pokemon there, sorta like an unofficial competition to see who can catch the 'coolest' ice-type Pokemon to be judged by the quality of the rp done. There may be no reward beyond just the Pokemon, unless the higher ups decide to make there be a reward, and since I am running the event, I assume that I will not be eligible for the competition. I hope lots of people will be able to join it..
That's about 4 hours and 40 minutes from the time I am posting this.
