for those who are following, i have an appt with the orthopedist tomorrow early afternoon to see just how much damage I did to everything in my elbow. I even impressed my doctor (who's an urgent care doc) with the bruising (from halfway down my upper arm to halfway up my hand) when he walked in the room. I'll let y'all know how bad/good I did when I do the update tomorrow evening. I got better pain meds today, so I'm feeling a little better. But I'm very aware that that's the meds, not me healing.
