I proposed a LOT of Pokemon for the starter list, so I'm still waiting on Brian to look through it and ok a few. I think Purrloin was on it.
I think so far we've decided you can keep 3-4 Pokemon and you must de-evolve all of them. If you have more than 4 Pokemon that you would like to keep, keep a record of them somewhere because we will eventually come up with a way for you to get more of your Pokemon back. But for now, we gotta make our teams small and weak since we're technically all playing the roles of new recruits to the team.

Aqua Raider- Specialize in stealing items, Pokemon, and other important things. Raiders are at home with stealthy or fast Pokemon, as their missions revolve around getting in and out of a situation without raising a huge ruckus. It also not rare for a Raider to have a Pokemon with smokescreen in order to facilitate an escape.
Once Per Mission Ability: Ten-Finger Discout. Once per mission, a Raider can steal an item or money from a target so long as it's an item within their tier. For example; a new Raider cannot steal a Master Ball or Max Revive.
Sample Raider Pokemon Team- Weezing, Weavile, Accelgor
Aqua Medic- A very important member to any Team, Medics specialize in (of course) healing Pokemon. Their missions commonly deal with assisting Pokemon who have suffered damage, and persuading them to join Team Aqua. As a Medic, your objective is to heal those who need it (as long as they're on your side) and ignore the first part of the Hippocratic Oath regarding your opponents.
Once Per Mission Ability- Heal Surge. Once per mission, a Medic can heal one of their fainted Pokemon to full health without expending an item.
Sample Medic Team- Blissey, Alomomola, Audino, Gardevoir

Yeah that's not bad.
I plan to try and have like 5 stages of a class, with multiple abilities, but ones that have an effect for everyone involved in an RP. Like someone who can lockpick a door and find a stash, increasing mission rewards and such. Maybe one that can affect the RP outcome.
Just something to make every member feel important. It's a bit difficult since with the right Pokemon we could technically do anything.

I made some more classes.
Aqua Technician- As an Aqua Technician, you will understand what it truly means to be successful in battle. Using your superior knowledge of Pokemon and their skills, you dominate enemies in battle before they can even react to you. Very little can stand in your path to victory. Missions for a Technician will often deal with taking down a powerful Pokemon such as Aggron, Tyranitar, or Hydreigon before it becomes a threat to Team Aqua.
Once Per Mission Ability- Heightened Training. Once per mission, a Technician can give a single Pokemon the use of a Battle Item (Dire Hit, X Attack, Etc.) without using an actual item.
Sample Technician Team- Scizor, Breelom, Ambipom
Aqua Spy- Someone's gotta keep an eye on all those other Teams trying to take over our spot as the strongest around, right? As a spy, you will go undercover to see just what our enemies are planning and report back with the intel. Spies aren't a very battle-oriented class and instead rely on using their guile, wits, and Pokemon in clever ways to secure intelligence.
Once Per Mission Ability- Sabotage. Once per mission, a Spy can arrange for one of the enemy combatant's Pokemon to start with a status condition (Poison, Burn, etc)
Sample Spy Team- Chatot, Hypno, Zoroark

Ehhhh those aren't quite what I'm looking for. For the jobs/classes I'm looking for something that could have an effect all the time. Those seem like they'd be just for missions and not RPs.
Also with the Technician, it's pretty much just being a Pokemon trainer razz most of us here have played competitively or at least semi-competitive so doing something like that would be easy even with weaker Pokemon, stat boost or not.

D'oh well. I'm gonna hang onto my Spiky Eared Pichu... Don't want to lose that to a weird plot device.
