Kaye was about to say yes until a small black spider monkey flung itself at Tokiko."Ah!" Kaye screamed, "Don't hurt him!"

Kaye let out a nervous laugh then a sigh of relif. "Mochi!"
The monkey turned to her confussed.But there is a demon so close!
"No she is my friend!" Kaye yelled, "Sorry Tokiko, but Mochi is trained to protect me."
Mochi stared up at Tokiko.Sorry mum.

Nice to meet you too mum. I won't let this happen again.Mochi used his long gray fingers to pull Kaye's bag from under the bed.You flew away as soon as your Papa dropped me off so I found your room first.
Kaye smiled a bit and petted Mochi. "Dad's the one who sent me here to be safe! Why did he send you here?"
We think Knell has found and is tracking you.

Mochi looked at Kaye and ran to the open window.Sorry mum.
You're not sorry! Kaye laughed."Remember when I told you about my parents? Well mom was a demon queen of a very powerful, and dangerous clan. She left her husband for my dad, had me, and her clan had her beheaded. My father sent me here in hopes that I can be safe here." Kaye fell onto her bed, "But if Knell finds me, I am dead. Knell is a demon night that used to serve for my mom. They said he lost it after she left cause they were lovers and there were lots of other rumors, but understand why I don't want to find out."

Knell watched from the shadows as Tokiko and Kaye talked. "Everything is falling into place."
