You just had an interesting reaction to the last serum. *Bruce galnces at Hank, and then at Patience, finally at Hank again.* I don't think she is connected to the virus. We just had . . . . . a differing opinion on how best to serve Betty's best interests.

Patience The Magdalena Professor Hank McCoy Well, there's a more technical name, but the symptoms all seem to equate to.. well.. LOLcat-ism. The medical articles agree that it must be a designed virus, because there's no possible way such a thing could occur by chance. It'll be good to study this thing first hand.

No, no, I haven't even treated a case of it yet. Dr. Mahatma Gil down in New York has received far more patients who've been identified with it. Unfortunately, because of the symptom's whimsical nature, it can be difficult to catch it in time. Dr. Gil's working on a cure, but his last article suggests he thinks a few people might be permanently LOLed. gonk

Now, correct me if I heard wrong, but didn't Banner say that he'd done the inital modifications to betty's serum using Lex Luthor's lab?
Something tells me that the good doctor ******** up, and made what we can technically call a "n00b" mistake.

*Bruce swallowed as he looked at Betty, then he looked down at the ground.* I can't do it. I mean . . . . I can only assume that these transformations are my fault, and at the very least, I can let someone else, someone more capable take a chance.
Hank, I want you to work out her next serum. She won't need one for a few days, so that should give you the time to cook something up neutral Maybe you can succeed where I failed. At the very least I'll know if it's me or if it's something external.

Down to me, then, is it? Er. Um. Let me, uh... let me try to get another sample, and then I'm headed straight for the laboratory. This looks like it needs to be dealt with post haste. Bruce, I'd appreciate your notes on the matter, it'll speed my understanding immensely.
