Virgil reined in his wings, and fell towards the earth. Well more like plummeted. Right as he got two feet above the ground, his body exploded outwards. Shards of....something....hit the groups of people surrounding him, piercing through their armor like steel spikes through foam. not that these people would know what foam was.
Drawing his body back in, it turned into a mist like substance, but one could tell that it was watching you. Didn't matter which direction you were facing it from, it was watching you. And anybody stupid enough to breath the mist in would die of asphyxiation, then the body would blow up as it shot out of their system. All in all, he managed to kill an entire squadron in less than two minutes. Still left about 73 people, though.

Fayt then trapped a bunch of them in a cage made of lightning, then shrunk it till they were all dead. Then he killed a couple more with fire and noticed his job was done. He figured the others could get the rest and he wanted to make sure that Hope, left behind, was not harmed. So Fayt ran back to the opening to see Hope safe. Everything seemed to be fine.

Xecos woke up and opened his eyes. But everything was pitch black. He felt that his sword was tied to his back. And his wounds were gone. "What is this place?" Xecos grabbed his sword and said a few words, It started glowing in a harmless glow, Yet he couldn't see anything, anywhere.
So he started walking. Not knowing where is was, and what had happened.
(If anyone wants to fill in how he got here, be my guest.)

Sionet from her high perch up above the clouds watched in a fascinated horror at the battle below. She was a doctor, she was meant to heal people not kill them. But knowing full well that she was as capable as any down there, if not more so in her own unique way to her clan. "It is time, you just watch now. And let yourself ride the flow and thrill of battle. One way or another it will become a second nature for you. Remorse and regret are for later." The voice said to her in a chill tone.
Before she could say a thing, she was slammed into a mental prison held there as if chained to a wall. As she felt her body plummet like a stone from so high up. Those cold dispassionate brown eyes were sparking deadly enough. The long light blond braid with it's now very distinctive green highlight trailing behind like a tail. It took only a matter of 3 minutes before she reached the battle. Landing in the middle of the fray.
She immediately flicked her wrist causing two throwing daggers to come out of her sleeve. Spinning she threw them nailing a human soldier in the neck that was bringing his sword down at shades back. Using that momentum from the spin she brought New moon from his sheath and sliced another soldier across the stomach spilling his guts everywhere. Not stopping she jumped the corpse and ran to a small group of what looked to be goblins.
Landing silently in their midst surprising them she released a burst of wind that picked them all up and tossed them into various land objects with sickening crunching sounds. Turning she was a large broad sword coming at her from some mixed typed of hybrid creature. Dropping instantly into the splits she swings out with New Moon who was glowing like he was happy, and took it's legs off easily. As the shocked Creature came to her level she leaned back and spun kicking it in the head.
Rolling away from the stunned what ever it was, she got up and looked around the battle. There was about now 50 some odd enemies left. A dark and cynical smile crossing her gentle features turning her face into a mask of terrible beauty. As she dashed once more to attack, this time she was charging a layered ball of concentrated wind in her hand. IT would be enough to leave a small hole some were.

The smile on DD's face thinned a bit at the reproach from Twilight, as she replied in kind, "OH no don't get me wrong, use them as a temporary diversion so I can do what I need to. They don't have to go lower then necessary. And can out run their fliers easily. I just need them to distract them while I get this trinket to the birdie, and infiltrate." Dawn Dusk said softly.
Her legs were crossed as she stared out at the fleeing backs of the destroyed troops. Her eyes shifting from normal to blue, to pink, to purple to normal again rapidly. Dawn was still searching but didn't like the fact that she couldn't access her power any more. "OH just wait who ever you are. Once I find you, I will make you pay for sealing me you b*****d!" She growled low and deadly.
Which made Tsukikage sneeze and look around the amusedly. Dawn started to rock side to side periously on the wall parpet. When the next guy came up to patrol he saw her fall over the edge. But when he ran to look there was nothing there no girl or anything, just a small orange cat with a black ear, and tail tip. It meowed at him and jumped back up and ran away down the alleys, to were she knew Osiris would be heading once he got back into the city walls.

Xavier whipped around, letting his long tail sling after him to hit several more troops; he could feel and hear them break from the force of the blow as he simultaniously clawed another and crushed him under his weight, feeling him break and bodily fluids break through as he chomped down on yet another. Xavier was thfoughly enjoying himself.

Jusaku was getting tired of the battle. He tied up sword and roundhouse kicked one in the face, he felt the skull fracturing. He held one by the head and crushed it. He jumped and disappeared in a puff of black ash. He came out of the ground. Uppercutting a hybrid. He was close to the gate and just walked in, he cast a spell on himself to give himself the look he had when he was inside the gates. He walked inside to the bar to Tsukikage. "Miss me Love?" He said, he was right next to her.

((One question. Fayt, how'd you make it to the battle site? Everyone else flew there, and you just appeared. I'm confused.
And Gate, I vant to try. Eet shall be a, shall ve say, a test? Sorry, had to do the accent))
Dark figures watched Xecos through a scrying glass. Only one light in the room, a candle, and it didn't provide enough light to show their faces. One of the figures, the shorter one, turned to his larger companions. "So. Why did we put him in the sub-space pocket?" The voice was much like that of an inquisitive child.
The next voice was a luting alto, a hint of vibrato in the voice. "Because he was the only one we could find, and he is a hunk. Don't you think?" You could practically hear the lust dripping off her voice.
"Shut it, wench. Why is it that every time there is a guy around, you go crazy? You have never once talked that way about me."
"Because you're, like, 100 years old."
"Wench. I'm not 100, only 98 1/2. I still got some life in these bones."
The child was observing the glass orb, pondering over Xecos. Why put him in there? Why him? Why was there a crack in the orb? But before he could say anything, he was drowned out by the old man again. "We put him in there so we could observe what it does to living things. We've done a few tests before, but they all exploded."
Finally the child could get his input in. "Uh, guys. The orb has a crack in it. Is that bad?" As soon as the words left his mouth, he was pushed into a pile of clutter.
"Crack? Where?" The color drained from the man's face, although you couldn't see it anyways. "Oh, s**t. I think because of the crack, he can hear us. Hopefully he can't use it to escape. Oh, s**t. I can't believe I said that. I'll never hear the end of this one if the Magic Guild ever found out." In the background, the woman was laughing her a** off, having already fallen over from the pain of laughing.

Osiris walked back into the town, triumphantly holding his sword above his head. He shook hands and smiled, never looking people in the eyes, just in case they recognized the change.
He walked back into the room where he had been staying, officer's quarters in the barracks. It was a room secluded from all the other officers's, and especially the lowly foot soldiers.
Osiris threw the huge sword easily, and it stuck point-first in the wall, halfway to the hilt. He walked towards his bed and saw DD. He grinned and picked her up, petting her and tossing her up and down.
"You look so innocent as a kitty!" Osiris said, sounding like a child.

Xecos had heard the voices but he continued on like he hadn't. The question is, How'd I get here?
The last thing Xecos remembered was fighting against that flying man, with an army below him.
I wonder what those people want with me? Xecos began thinking of a plan.

Steel Jay Jusaku was getting tired of the battle. He tied up sword and roundhouse kicked one in the face, he felt the skull fracturing. He held one by the head and crushed it. He jumped and disappeared in a puff of black ash. He came out of the ground. Uppercutting a hybrid. He was close to the gate and just walked in, he cast a spell on himself to give himself the look he had when he was inside the gates. He walked inside to the bar to Tsukikage. "Miss me Love?" He said, he was right next to her.
Tsukikage looked at Jusaku then to drake and back again. "yea I did, it looks like you had loads of fun. Sorry about this but...." She said as a torrent of warm water about 3 gallons dumped over him. "you smell really strongly of blood, and i don't need to be eating you.. As much as my stomach is saying it is almost time to feed. Also this man is Drake please don't start anything... either of you. I really wanna enjoy this in quite."She said lightly as she sipped delicately on a champagne glass of orange juice, cranberry juice and vodka. Her long tappered nails clicking out the rhythm to journey's Just ask the lonly on the counter top.
Soon a small female voice spoke up, "GEEZ why didn't you die out there on that field, cranky man? I mean I don't really want you next to MY auntie, now mister Drake on the other hand can... OMPH!" Which was cut off as Tsukikages hand came down on Atari's head, making her visible ot every one there. She looked startled and slightly upset.

Her whiskers were twitching in a odd manner, that told Osiris that she wasn't joking and she was confused as to why a male would think even in this form it was ok to touch her.

"Who says I was going to start anything? If I did, this would be quite a grim scene." He looked at Atari and patted her on the head. "And what is the little kitty going to do to me? Have a hairball? Anything but that." He sat down next to her. "Barkeep, get me something strong, I don't care what it is. And put blood in it." Quick as lightning Atari had two of Jusaku's fingers in her mouth, and bite them off with her sharp little teeth. Spitting them out and placing them on the bar infront of the horrified bartender. "That is what I am gonna do to you jerk. Don't you know you are not supposed to touch a female Neko demon unless you choose to mate with her you you... DAMN IT... .and you just had to play with my head and ears. FALSE hope there jerk." She grumbled and disappeared in a huge cold gust of wind. Leaving a small whirling vortex.
"I wasn't referring to Drake, I was referring to her. Damn now she is in a snit. 300 years old, not trusting of males because of my past. and you just had to do the affectionate thing. AWWW Damn that is gonna take some time to calm her down. IF not beating her to with in a inch of her life. Besides she likes you a lot you know. She left your fingers so I can reattach them instead of eating them." Tsukikage said picking them up, grabbing his bleeding hand and putting them back to gether.
