NightWolfy RP NameTemaru NaraMade Up Technique: Shadow Travel Juts- This jutsu allows Temaru to travel as a shadow. While in this shadow mode, he moves faster than the average ninja and though it is hard to damage him, he cannot even attack back until the jutsu is unactive. RP Name: Namine Hyuuga Made Up Technique: Gentle Needle- She throws and umbrella in the air and needle come flying down, and these needles have the same effect as the Gentle Fist. When the needle touch the skin, it absorbs some of the chakra. RP Name: Rukia Uchiha Made Up Technique: Flaming Dragon Twister Jutsu- Rukia blows out fire from her mouth and the flames take the shape of two dragon and they began to spin around each other.

Shadow Travel Jutsu- I was a bit worried but since you can't attack in this form, clear.
Gentle Needle: Interesting variation of the sprinkling needle jutsu but when you say absorbs chakra, does that absorbed chakra go back to the user? If so then denied.
Flaming Dragon Twister Jutsu: I see no problem with it. Clear.

For my new character, who is actually one of my old characters, but his body was never destroyed, so I'm goin' back.
Ikusen Hebi Gisi (Thousand Snake Sacrifice)
Ninjutsu

Range: Short (0-5m)
Desc.: This is a move Seiko uses only when in sticky situations. Seiko, using Nakumi as a sort of vacuum, gets close enough to the enemy to put both hands on them. Once Seiko's hands make contact, he starts to drain the chakra out of the enemy, which is stored in Nakumi. This stored Chakra is then channeled into Seiko, which doubles his power.
Naegi Kusa Sesshou (Seedling Grass Destruction)

Range: Short (0-5m)
Desc.: This technique is used by preforming the Seed Growth technique of the Midori clan. With this move, Seiko launches seeds at the enemy while Nakumi is using the Paralysis Snake Bite to hold them still. Since the person cannot move, the seeds are attached to the body, which the host cannot remove (due to being in temporary paralysis). After the seeds attach to the opponent, the grass starts to grow extremely fast, growing grass as well as vines. When the seeds start to bud, Nakumi detaches quite quickly, and slithers back to Seiko. The grass and vines start to consume the target, and eventually crush them. Seiko has about a 1 in 1,000,000 chance of executing this technique, which he can do without Nakumi.

Desc.: This Ninjutsu technique Seiko based it off of the Blizzard Dragon techniques of Hidden Snow. With this technique, Seiko fires out long tendrils of green pyro from his hands and mouth. These tendrils of pyro are in the likenesses of snakes, and Seiko can control them with movements of his hands and tongue.

Desc.: This is a Taijutsu attack where Nakumi detached herself from Seiko, and attaches herself to the enemy in some way shape or form, usually wrapping her body around them to prevent hand seals, and then bites into the enemy's neck. As long as Nakumi is attached to the enemy and biting into their neck, the enemy is paralyzed excluding the movement of eyes and mouth. (Lasts for 5 posts max)

Desc.: Nakumi is separated from Seiko, and is perched on his shoulders. Seiko makes a series of hand seals, and Nakumi sprouts wings as if they were new appendages. With these new found wings, Nakumi also gains two back talons, but no front ones. With these new wings and legs, Nakum iflys around the battlefield, and can spout the Green Fire, Seiko had used in previous techniques. Whenever Nakumi needs to recharge, All Seiko has to do is touch her and he transfers the needed amount of chakra to her.
Enkou no Naraku (Flames of Eternity)

Desc.: With this Ninjutsu, Nakumi is separated from Seiko, and is covered from head to tail in the Green Fire that Seiko used in previous techniques. Once Nakumi is completely covered in the fire, she grows 100 times larger than her previous size, and is turned into a towering snake. Because this technique causes Nakumi to grow in size, she receives a steady stream of chakra from the jutsu.

((With the needle jutsu, Namine do not get the chakra, the needles just absorb the chakra. And with the Shadow Travel Jutsu, this is mostly a means of travel or escape.))

I know but this is part of a jutsu that I made up that uses this so it really is an important jutsu and may be used to imobalize opponents.

Puppets=Dolls- A technique to change any puppets that Alice uses into a doll. She uses a special process of compressing the puppets inside of a chakra wrapping until they are the size of a doll. she then proceeds to make the changes to the bodies so they have the basic form of a doll, instead of a small puppet. once done, she has formed the new doll of the person she beat.

Vampire Side- A technique that makes Alice go into a more freaky state of mind. she thirsts for blood and seems paler and also looks like her canines have gotten longer. although this technique makes her faster and more aggressive, she also looses most of her common sense. she will do as much as possible to get the blood she needs. the reason she goes into this state generally is because of extreme trauma. she feels dizzy as she watches her own deaths from her previous lives, generally this happens when she meets someone that killed her. the first thought on her mind is to kill that person, as she increases her speed by 2x the current amount.
Doll Arts: Dance of Bloodshed- a strange move utilizing Alice's dolls. she spins back and forth moving her arms and fingers in the process making it seem like a dance. meanwhile her dolls will follow the orders from her movements. during this "dance" Alice will occasionally attempt to do surprise blows at the opponent with her legs or head. the dolls will fly back and forth gracefully holding wires or the metal flower petals. simply put this move is to stop an opponent from getting to close to Alice or to surprise an opponent completely with a straight-forward attack.
Doll Arts: Dance of Death- a follow up to "Dance of Bloodshed." as the dolls fly around with the wires and petals, they will wrap up the arms and legs, and even the neck sometimes(not going to kill with that). as they wrap the opponent up she will continue the dance of bloodshed going around the opponent still spinning the whole time. once the opponent is completely ensnared Alice will begin a ritual of draining blood from the opponent by making deep cuts in the wrists and the legs. (if very successful, the person will bleed dry and die.)

Genjutsu: mind poison: As soon as the technuiqe is done the opponent's eyesight becomes blurry and smudged, his hearing loweres and all the sounds that are intook become almost as echoes. Basicly the person is under a regular drug effect, this is amplified if zat has placed his mark of blood anywhered on the enemies body.
Reflcetive Spikes: Zat's own way of protection, instead of wrapping his body in bone's he allwos the to respond freely but growing out of his skin allowing to block attacks while at the same time damaging them greatly.
Genjutsu: Sudden darkness: Instead of a similar jutsu called absoute darkness (1st hokage), allows zat to make short bursts of absolute darkness. Temporarily blinding the opponent, this move can be used as an offenensive move as it allows zat to attack without the opponent noticing until its too late. And also as a defencive move to help him dodge an large attack by simply blinding the opponent for a short period of time. This technuiqe does not require any seals and ALWAYS lasts less then a second which is only used in close meele combat or really hars scenarios

Genjutsu: Sennen Suimin- Thousand-year Slumber- It traps the opponent in a dream state which can be deactivated by either an outside source or if the person is good at defending against genjutsu. You must make Eye contact with Kudara to be affected. It is an incredible tiring move often leaving him breathless. He can only use twice a day and even that poses a risk to him.

Technique: Shadow Burst Jutsu: Hido spreads his shadow like anyone else in the Nara clan. He then places his hands in the shadow charging it with chakra. This overloads the shadow causing it to explode. It is typically used with Shadow Neckbind Jutsu.

What is does
This is a skill Yue learn while at the shrine it allows the user to turn any bit of paper into a seal using these seals Yue can cut a person chakra off without needing to do more then place a seal on them,
is also allows the user to turn the bit of paper into anything else that is non-living eg swords, throwing weapons and so on,
this is done by writing on the bit of paper this part of the skill is half transformation and half summoning skill.
Draw back
The seal can be remove by anyone and doesn't stop a person it is place on from moving
