The arms aren't techniques they are abilities which is why I wouldn't count them

So just the made-ups and vectors? I can work with that. I was kind of hoping for alchemy too, but that just means I have to be a little more creative. (Figure since the character is going to be an A-1 Steak Sauce, with the made-up I got from Reaver, I can already do what I need to a practical level anyways. Just have to reword it so it's not defined as a quasi-alchemical process.)

i am using a summon if my summon strikes my oponent can i use this jutsu? Quote: Silent Attack- Opponent, when struck, is unable to cast spells/genjutsus/ninjutsus for 3 posts. 700 Skill Points

would this genjutus work on an uchiha? even if he is nto realy paying attention to me? For ever post that they are in the genjutsu, the urge becomes stronger, until they finally do kill themselves. I would say yes, on the sheer basis that I made an entire clan that was specifically designed to mess with anyone's head, including an Uchiha.
I see no reason this ability should be exclusive to the clan.

That's what's under discussion here. Ichazuki ******** works on Uchiha with their Sharingan active, and it's possible that this one does too, because it doesn't make you actually SEE anything, it just kind of alters your head.
