So I thought of reason for Marta Nicole, Adán and, Zyne to join Las Noches. However it needs approval and, since you were the two people to look at my profile I figured I would ask you. it's beneath the spoiler tag.
After tearing herself into three individuals Marta Nicole took her boys at started wandering the surface of Las Noches. Now the trio was avoided for a completely different reason; Arrancar were in a completely different league of Hollows. After a time of wandering they were approached by another Arrancar. They could taste this Arturo Plateado's power. He needed soldiers to help him do something. In exchange he promised that the trio would never be ignored again. Even though they had no reason to be loyal to this man the lure of other people was just too strong. They chose to follow him.
Then there was a rebellion. Even though Adán and Zyne fought with each other daily they couldn’t imagine going to war against each other. Marta Nicole carefully listen to both Arturo Plateado’s reasons and, Cillian Folamh’s. Marta Nicole decided that Cillian had better reasons and, a better chance of winning. She and her boys joined the rebellion. Even though the rebellion was successful they are only truly loyal to each other.
It would required making them older since they joined with Arturo at about the same time that Cillian did. I'm not sure how much older they would need to be. Also Marta Nicole made herself into an Arrancar. Is that allowed?
Did any of that make sense?
Edit: I was also wondering if I needed permission to call the three of them as a whole The Ternary. According to Dictionary dot com Ternary means "group of three".
Um, we had decided that natural Arrancars were weaker unless they are ancient like Arturo and Fuerza. I don't mind a natural Arrancar, but your character's base Reiatsu will suffer from it unless you come up with an explanation as to how they are stronger than normal.
I'm fine if they call themselves the Ternary.
Their Arrancar-ization process could have been incomplete and made complete by tossing them into the Genesis Chamber :T Or the Genesis Chamber can help boost the power of natural born Arrancars' power.

Marta Nicole would be considered a first generation Arrancar because she's a natural though I don't want that to affect her too much apart from her bio even if naturals are supposed to be weaker. She went through the Genesis chamber so she's only 1st gen by biography if that even made any sense.
2nd generations are like Mel and she's an exception because all second generations went boom due to how unstable they were. third generations would be Euthymias and Cillian, what would be considered Arturo's masterpiece and fourth generations are the nerfed down versions that Cillian made, They don't have Segunda Etapa from the get-go, but still have the potential to achieve it.
As for Cillian being close to a friend, it would be rather one-sided because he doesn't really do 'friends' xD

Mel's the exception. She has high Reiatsu levels, but cannot stay away from Las Noches for prolonged periods of time otherwise, she will die. That was the tradeoff we made and the explanation we had to explain why a second generation Arrancar would still be alive.
Natural Arrancars are not impossible things since they can just rip their mask off by themselves. They didn't receive help from any special technology so I decided to lump them in the category of 1st-gens.

None of the Arrancar do friends. Marta Nicole would still try and kill/ betray him if it became necessary for the Ternary's survival. For the most part she's impassive to others. Cillian is more like an acquaintance that you've known forever so when asked about them you go "Meh, they're alright."

Yeah, I wanted to wait for a Maple post before having Euthymias enter the Genesis Chamber thread - something just felt wrong about doing it when there had been a large period of time with no posts. :/
