Hina is a kind caring girl, who is often thought of a trusting fool at first. This is because she will trust anyone at first, but dhe knows trust is something you must give to get. So Hina tends to trust easily this is not to say that she will put her guarddown. Around those who meet her not as the Hokage but as a girl she would seem far more shy and reserved at first. Sorry to burst your bubble. But it came to my attention that your approval has missed a few things.
We don't allow increments of 'one rank' up. It's usually only moderately or slightly. Even with having one personal attribute. Sorry, the only way is to modify the wording for it or change the attribute again.
Also, you have to start out with 30 basic projectiles. 30 of anything that is considered a projectile. (Basic too)

Akane was born to the clan of the First Hokage, as this man's own niece, and has always used this to its full, often seriously annoying others with her sometimes high-and-mighty and outright snobbish attitude.
Though the Mokuton ability is rare even inside the Senju clan, it was a surprise to everyone concerned when the First Hokage's niece began showing not only the beginnings of it in her own form, but she also a deep affinity for it, so much so that every now and again people catch her taking plants more into account than her fellow humans.
