Sora smiled as she cut the demon some more. "Your welcome." She said and looked down seeing the club fall towards Sage. She couldn't fall fast enough to stop it in time. All of a sudden out of nowhere Ronin scooped up Sage and ran out from under the club as it hit the ground with a big thud. "Are you ok Sage?" He asked looking at her in his arms. 'Well now that I have her...' He thought moving the hair out of his face and made a green flash from his eye. "Hows that?" He asked hopefully the healing worked on her.

Chase: "how about it Lehran want to join in on this?"
Lehran: "gladly, just don't let your confused feelings for those two get in the way, wow I can't believe I have to tell you that."
Chase then jumped out the window and turned his arms into blades and sliced his way through a hoard of demons to get to them. "where are you!" he said hoping to find someone.
Lehran lifted his hand and lightning fired down onto the demons.

Ren and Ran were running away from the demons trying to find Chase. "Nyaaa" Ren called out hearing Chase call. Ran saw the lighting rain down and started to shake. She didn't like thunder or lighting. "N-n-nyaa" She said closing her eyes tightly and he picked her up then ran to Chase with her on his back.

Chase had an idea to take down all the demons all at once but he needed all the others out of the way first. "everyone head to the house." he yelled as he prepared for an attack.

Sage looked up at Ronin. Her eyes were teary. " Half way better... Can your eye work on my heart?" She mumbled. Realizing hoe corny it sounded she blushed,and sighed. She heard Chase yell to go back to the house, but she really didn't want to.

Ronin looked at Sage and smiled a little. He knew what was wrong with her heart. "I'm sorry but I can't." He said and kissed her forehead as he ran. Sora's ears twitched as she killed the demon and heard Chase. "Ronin were are the kids?" She called running and caught up with them. "I don't know....I think with Chase." He said. "Lets go back to the house." She said taking the lead to the house.

Sage managed to jump out f Ronin's arms,and she ran ahead of them a little bit. She was running straight for the house when she jumped, and landed on the roof.

Ronin looked at Sage and ran with Sora. They ran on to the house, Sora ran picking up Ren and Ran. "All clear." She said to Chase as they ran in the house. Ayumi was up in little Chase's room feeding him. She was a little mad but she smiled at him and kissed his little head. "Sage?" Ronin called gently taking Ren from Sora.

Sage slid down the side of the house, and onto the patio outside the back doors where she had gone swimming so many times. The memories brought back pain, but she stifled the emotions. Sage no longer wished to be hurt, so she just went numb. Then she walked inside. " Yeah?"

Ronin walked up to Sage smiling a little. "Would you like to hold your god son?" He asked gently handing him over her. "Nyaaa" Ren said reaching out for Sage smiling as his tail moved happily.

It broke Sage's small thin barrier, and she smiled. " Yeah, i think I would. " She took Ren, and held his gently in her arms just as she used to do Lilly when she was a cub. A few small tear stung at her eyes.

Ronin smiled watching Sage hold Ren. "Nyaaa." Ren said looking at her smiling and moved his tail between his legs. He was only a fox pup, and saw her starting to cry. He nuzzled her trying to make her smile. Sora walked over to them hodling Ran and smiled seeing Sage hold Ren. "How would you like to hold your god daughter?" She asked holding sleeping Ran.

Sage nodded feeling somewhat better. " I would really like that." She smield more while Ren nuzzled her. She still had a void, but this was helping ever so slightly.

"Ok." Sora said gently handing Ran to Sage and watched Ren. Ronin put his arm around her shoulder pulling her close to him. "Sage if there is anything we can do for you, anything at all. Just let us know, we'll help you with anything you need or want." He said smiling as Sora nodded her head and Ran moved her tail around Sages arm to hold her better.

( I'm fixing to go for the night.)
" To be honest I have no clue what to do anymore. All that happened, and now I can't even have comfort knowing Chase is here for me... He's gone to her..." She sighed watching Ren and Ran. "I just don't know. He was the only one i ever let close enough to love." she shrugged a little.
