"Okay, Okay," Hollis said, playfully giving Nick a dirty look. She walked over to Alice. "C'mon Mell, you got this! Push 'n breath!" She said, trying to motivate her. She sighed and realized that she knew what would help. She whispered in Mell's ear, "Don't worry, in a few months I'll be in your place, doing exactly what you're doing. You can do it!"

Mell could hear someone whispering in her ear. She pushed really hard.
Thema stepped away. It was too much for her. "I'll never be a doctor." she whined.

nick saw the baby begin to crown
" that's it yes! pucsh hun! push!" he said wiping the top of the baby's head off with a towel.
alice continued to pull rope parasites from his back then she stuck her hand deep into his body and pulled out the main parasite. it was as big as her arm. she chanted as it caught on fire.
"holly dust his back so it will heal." alice said stepping away. her arm was covered in blood. her hand had a chunk of flesh missing from her hand.

Hollis stepped over to Larve. She took her vial of green dust and sprinkled it all over his back, it instantly healing. "That should do it," She said with a smile. She turned and looked at Alice, then at her hand, "Give me your hand," She said firmly, putting her own hand out.

larve groaned he was coming out of his coma.

Thema peaked up at Larve. Her eyes began to water as she saw his face for the first time.
Mell pushed harder.

a cry filled the air. nick began to pull as the baby slid out of mell. he wrapped it up.
" it's a girl mell." nick said happily holding the bloody baby girl.
larve groaned and sat up.
" am I dead?" he asked squinting his eyes.

"Alright", Hollis said, "You'll need to take care of that," She added with a nod.
Hollis walked to Nick's side, bending down next to him. She rubbed his back, giving him some motivation.

Mell nodded at the baby and rested her head back. Everything was going to work out. She closed her eyes. "Her name... I want to name her Thema. It was my mothers name, back int the ancient city of Rome. But... Larve.... Where's Larve?"
Thema made another face, covered her eyes with her blindfold and ditched before anyone could make any connections. She was back on the streets, and into the forest in seconds.

alice looked at mell
" umm mell a girl named thema was in here a second ago....she was blind...I gave her half of my eye sight."
larve opened his eyes.
" m-mell?" he asked seeing her. he looked at alice with her bloody hand
" oh god alice! what happened?" he asked turning to see nick holding a bundle of towels.
" nick what is that?" he asked.
" larve calm down.you just had some extensive surgery done....this is your daughter. thema." nick cut the cord and began to wash the baby girl in water, the water turning red form the blood. he wrappe dhe rback up an dhanded her to mell.
larve's eyes widened.
" is she okay? is mell okay? surgery? what surgery?"

alice winced as a black leech looking thing began to swim under her skin up her arm

"Huh? What do you mean?" Mell wondered alloud. But then she heard Larves voice and all other voices were silent to her except for his. Her joy silenced her into speechlessness (if thats a word).

Hollis grabbed the knife, she hastily wiped it off with a towel and handed it to Alice. She got her vial ready, making sure she could easily sprinkle it.

" larve you didn't have cancer you had a parasite attached to your spine. I took it out of you...and right now it is swimming up my arm.." alice said wincing in pain.
" mell there was a girl in here, she was blindfolded. and she knew about you. she knew you could manipulate time. and she knew you paused yur baby's growth to elongate carrying it. she knew who you were. but she was blind. her name was thema. I remember because nick calle dher thelma and she corrected him."
larve looked at mell. he looked at the baby girl nick handed over to her.
" oh god mell she is beautiful..." he whispered. he kissed her forehead, and her cheek, then he leaned down and kissed the baby's forehead.
