Gavriel is a sarcastic cynic who tries to hide his emotional pain behind a trickster's attitude. He's a clever boy with a keen eye. He hates fighting and is something of a coward who would rather hide or use tricks than put himself out in the open in conflict. Being the smallest of his brothers and sisters is probably one of the reasons why he's so averse to physical confrontations, or confrontations at all for that matter.
As much as he's a coward, he really has a passionate dislike for bullies. Most of the pranks he plays are on those he feels has been mean to others. Family is no exception.

He loves his family for all of their faults and has a particular attachment to his mother and father. Where Castiel has no belief in his father's abilities to take care of them, Gav is of the opinion that their father is trying his best and one mistake doesn't condemn someone for eternity.

Even at a young age, he's quite fascinated in the fairer sex. He only has his two sisters, and Gogv is far too cold to compare to his mother, so he is interested in what other girls are like. Frankly, he'd much rather spend time with soft-hearted ladies than his argumentative brothers.
