"Hm," Miyuki said. She had seen a lot of these books at the library she went to. They didn't have all the signed first editions though.

he shook his head" nah I spend most of my time in here i'll just come back here and pick it up sometime and read it" he grinned hapily looking at her" i already have all those other books checked out" he pointed to the pile he was walking around with when they first met in the library.

Miyuki looked at the books he'd been carrying. There were a lot. Miyuki usually only carried one or two books. She was a slow reader but she preferred it that way. It gave her more time to finish her books. ((I've tried to slow down but I just can't! It geth tho exthiting!))
"Hm," Miyuki said, "I see." She smiled.

Chiba just smiled," i have to keep my mind busy or it goes back to old memoreis that I would rather not remember" he explained as he kept going through the books" this is why i like to talk to people and listen to them talk for it keeps my mind busy"

"I think you should embrace them instead." Miyuki said quietly. "They happened to you didn't they? That makes them a part of you. You can't progress if you deny any part of yourself." Miyuki looked away blushing and laughing nervously. "That is! Um, Sorry to get so serious all of the sudden!"

Miyuki looked up at him. "You may not want to remember them and you may want to deny them." She started haltingly. "But, uh, that is.......It is unforgivable to forget! Especially by choice." She nodded to provide emphasis to her words. "Forgetting is unforgivable."

he hung his head low, he knew she was right but something really didn't want him to do it, before pulling her close to him and looking into her eyes" do you really think it is unforgivable" he asked searching for an answer within her eyes as tightened his grip just a little on her shoulders.

Miyuki's eyes widened at his sudden physical touch. She blushed a furious red and became flustered.
"I-I, um," She looked away from him and nodded very slowly. "I-...I mean-, er, It's, umm," Her second attempt at speach failed her as well. She was considering trying again.

he let go of her arms and slid to the floor" then i can't be forgiven for i fear actually leting those memories come back to me i refuse having to watch these horrible things over again" he muttered as he kneeled there at her feet.

Miyuki sat down slowly next to him, her eyes on the books across from them as she spoke.
"You can be forgiven if you let yourself remember. It's okay to be afraid." Miyuki smiled at the shelves. "It's okay to have fear. Because once you over come that fear, you'll be so much stronger." Miyuki shifted her eyes to him and looked at him through a curtain of her long hair. "Also, it's okay to confide in someone else isn't it? It's okay to ask for help." ((Not that she follows her own advice...))

he slowly pulled him self together enough to say what he needed" I can't seem weak I cant ask for help" he toled her looking up" if the one who people come to show weakness how can they trust that he can help them, for if he has a problem dealing with his own problems how can he posably help with theirs" tears still flowed from his eyes as he spoke but he was breathing steadly now" do you see what i mean"

Miyuki wrapped her arms tentatively around him. She hesitatingly pulled him close to her and stroked his hair.
"Isn't it okay to be weak? So long as you are true to yourself, it's okay, isn't it?" She said gently. "It's okay to need help sometimes right?" ((Again, her own advice...))
