Drake wasn't one to gloat about what he did...but an orc or many was nothing special. They were hardly a challenge. "I've spent all my life fighting. Of course I'm skilled..." He folded his arms again, closing his eyes, and just pretended he was alone. Why did people have to bug him? They should know better by now...

**alrighty**
Hiyoshi rolled her eyes and shifted to stand, folding her arms over her chest. You really are a bitter soul, aren't you? She sighed and leaned against the tree, ready to admit her defeat to Drake. It's really no way to live a life, you know...

Drake snorted again. "Take what you get. And I've lived my life just fine. Friends, a home, and a whole army to command." Though the friends were a bit forced upon him and he never would have ended up living where he did or be a General if not for one of the friends...but he didn't add that. He had a few things missing, he knew that...but he wasn't going to complain.

Hiyoshi tilted her head slightly, pondering what Drake'd shared with her, though she could sense it was only part of the truth. Typically men are more proud of their status, what with commanding armies and such. She grinned, almost maliciously, as she thought. Commander of some army...That could prove interesting. She dropped to the ground and turned to look to Drake. I don't suppose you'd be interested in telling me a little about your experience, ne?

Drake sighed, having to admit that she wasn't being as annoying as before. "Being a General's alright... It's the army of elves that I don't quite like." Okay, so the elves weren't -that- bad but it wasn't a race he prefered. "A friend of mine gave me that position, my other two friends becoming the high archmages."

This part of Drake's story sort of disappointed Hiyoshi. Oh...So your friend gave the troops to you because there was noone else to lead them? She glanced to the side as she pondered this a little more. So you didn't overthrow any great warlord to get them?

Drake looked at her, the same unhappy look he gave everyone. "I'm not an evil b*****d, lady. I earned that position by killing a lot of s**t and saving my friends' hides. His kingdom needed a general and I fit the job perfectly. I take no bullshit and will toughen any soldier thrown my way." Now the annoyece was returning.

Hiyoshi narrowed her eyes some to Drake. I never called you an evil b*****d...I'm sorry that you're so insecure as to think that that was what I was saying. She'd never encountered anyone else with Mana's degree of hate for company, and it disturbed her that she'd actually run into one. She huffed slightly as she rose. I can see that you'd rather keep your memories as company, so I suppose I'll bid you farewell. This saddened her slightly, but she crept around the back of the tree from where she'd snuck up from. I'd say it was nice to meet you, but I'd rather not lie. She leaned against the tree just a moment to see if Drake would retort, though she somewhat knew that he'd be glad she was leaving.

Drake's eyes began to twitch again. "Only the evil would want to overthrow another for power." He closed his eyes again, not quite caring whether she left or not. Was it so wrong that he liked to be alone or that he didn't talk much? Ray never had such a problem. "Hell...I never wanted that army anyway," he muttered, shifting where he sat as his armor began to move around.

Hiyoshi went crosseyed a moment. She'd only met two strangers. One was seemingly friendly enough, the other was polar opposite. For a moment, she wondered if they were related at all. She sighed softly from the other side of the tree, wishing Drake weren't such the antisocial type. she stood a moment longer, trying to decide what she could do. She was too bored and had too much time on her hands to wander back home, but this being she came across made it rather obvious he didn't want company. She looked to the mass of dead orc a moment before grinning softly as it's wounds closed and the blood that Drake had spilled disappeared from the ground.

Drake finally relaxed now that he didn't have another female bugging him. He stretched his arms then placed them behind his head, eyes opening slightly. He now felt like he needed to go destory another orc to get his frustraitions out.

Hiyoshi wasn't gone, despite Drakes thought. Instead she floated up to watch from the tree's limbs as the orc grunted and pulled itself up slowly.

Emily walked into the woods, her face tilted upward staring at the entertwined branches. She always felt calm when she was in places like this, so dark and mysterious

Hearing a slight grunt, Drake glanced up and looked around. Had another orc come to play? He slowly stood, drawing out both short swords, ready to attack when the creature showed it's ugly face.

She looked over and spotted a slightly dangerous looking guy darw his sword. She moved behind one of the trees, she diden't have her bow with her so it woulden't be wise for her to get into a fight
