Chris hit Kakorata's sword away from Guile's throat and said angrily, " DONT YOU DARE PUT THAT SWORD TO HIS THROAT OTHERWISE I WILL KILL YOU ON THE SPOT!" Chris looked at the far wall where his crossbow sat and thought, ' If i could only just get to my crossbow then i should be fine. There aint no way in hell that im gonna let this b*****d hurt anyone.' Chris raced for his crossbow when the bedroom window suddenly broke and in came a green haired women clad in green weilding a staff. She looked at Chris and said, " Chris, What is wrong?" Chris pointed to Kakorata and said, " That man is trying to kill my pet wolf, Help me stop him before it actually happens Jade."

jennifer walks over to Kakorata and says "just stop it or i will have my father kick your a** and i will help we will hurt you faster then you can say help you threaten that wolf you won't hear the last of it."she said kicking the sword out of Kakorata's hand

Chris and Jade walked over to Jennifer and joined her around Kakorata. Chris looked at the man and said, " If you harm a hair on any of our heads, We will all take you down and make sure that you get eaten by wild Wolverines." Chris turned to Jennifer and said, " You can relax now Jen, Me and Jade have it under control."

Kakorata laughed again... his sword layed across the room. "Fine, prepare to die Jade." He threw his hand forward a tiny mouth thing came out and dug into her chest. "Get over here!" he yelled as he pulled he closer. With a swift uppercut he sent her fling. He ran over and grabbed his weapon. "Now, I trained with Scorpion, do you think a female ninja well kill me?"

Chris suddenly had a thought, ' Jennifer was right. He is a traitor!' Chris just stood there dumbfounded looking at Kakorata and said, " Join the side of good, We get free donuts every monday and tuesday of the month."

Kakorata charged Jade. "Do I look like a cop that cares about doughnuts? Anyways y'all attacked me first... surrounded me. I had no choice." He brought his sword up on Jade, but she blocked with her staff. "Screw this. How bout I show you my Fatality?"

Randomly a boy with bright silver hair and a lengthy katana seemed to fall from the sky, dropping from a black rift. He huffed a little and stood up, dropping a load of ice off of himself to the ground. "Jeez...you'd think she'd be more mature than to try and freeze me while teleporting...stupid Frost..." He mumbled, wiping the Lin Kuei emblem on his blade clean as he adjusted his mask a bit. He appeared to ignore his surroundings as he feverishly cleaned his sword, making sure he was rid of all the ice.

Chris jumped in front of Kakorata and hit the vile man in the face with his foot. There was the sound of cracking when Kakorata brought his face back into the right position. He wiped the blood from where Chris's foot connected. Chris quickly got behind Jade and began to pull her to safety when Chris suddenly blacked out once again. Chris was back in the dreamrealm and saw the dream Johnny carrying a wooden grail. Chris ran up to the dream johnny and said quickly, " Johnny, Is that the grail said to have the power to cure my blackouts?" The dream Johnny shook his head and said, " Yes this is, Whats the matter. You seem troubled?" Chris quickly explained the situation and johnnys face became distorted from what he heard. The dream Johnny quickly forced open Chris's mouth and made him swallow the water. Chris looked at Johnny and said, " Thanks, Oh jennifer says that you, Liu Kang and Kung Lao have to hurry back. There is some guy named Kakorata attacking us and we need help bad!" The dream Johnny said quickly, " Kakorata? OH NO, HE IS THE NEXT EMPERROR! ME AND THE OTHERS WILL BE THERE SOON!" The dream Johnny faded from him and he woke up feeling his strength returned to him. Chris picked up Jade and tossed her out the window to safety. Chris then thought, ' Hurry up Johnny, We wont be able to keep this up for long. I wish some other help would come along as well, But i highly doubt it will.'

((This may not make sense at first, but don't worry about it.))
Chris realised the next second he was suckered by a ten-year-old. His leg came down and collided with his neck, sending Chris crashing to the ground. Counting began.
"Don't bother," said Ranque with a childish laugh. "I snapped his neck."
Chris stood up and snarled, "My neck is fine."
Ranque nearly fell over in surpsrise. "What the hell are you made out of?"
"A lot tougher stuff than you think," laughed Chris. "And now I had better punish you for being such a bad boy."
He knew he sounded stupid, but he was so annoyed about nearly getting killed by a kid four years younger than him that he really didn't care. He ran at Ranque who quickly muttered some words.
His fist collided not with Ranque, but with a familar Chris that he had seen two years ago*.
"Huh?" he said uncertainly, wondering if it was an illusion. "What the hell is going on. Um ... Chris?"
*The time flow was different for him, so it seemed like two years to my Chris.

"And there he goes again." Jerome says. "Damn, I space out to much." Jerome looks at Jade. "Hey, That's the girl I was telling you all about. Now, I need to know something. What happened while I was spaced out? Besides sleeping beauty down there?"

"Ha, this is over. Prepare to die Jade!" He reached down and grabbed her leg. Making as much use of this he cut if off with his sword. With a leg in one hand and his sword in the other Kakorata went into a fury beating the living hell out of Jade tell she fell down, dead. "I told you not to make me mad." He dropped her leg next to her and turned to the four people around. "I see we have a Lin Kuei member here."

Air's eyes narrowed as he looked up, his eyes wide a bit from the scene around him. "Where the fu-.." He thought aloud, looking between the people. His amber stare unwavering as he looked from each person, then down to the emerald corpse on the ground. "What'd you do that for?"

Air let out an icy sigh as the breeze around him began to pick up, a trigger of his impatience, though not hostile at all. The gentle breeze flowed through his icy locks, soothing him somewhat as he took a deep breath. "You didn't exactly kill a real combatant. You think the real Jade would go down so easily? I mean, seriously, all you did was move up on her with no finesse, no skill, and hack her leg away. For me to believe that was Jade is a long shot at best." He said, shaking his head. "The illusions of the sorcerer are a tricky thing. A man like you would do well to ignore these simple shadows and focus on the task at hand."
Air crossed his arms and shook his head. "Now I'm looking for Noob Saibot. You all should know who he is, what he is. Where can I find him?"

Chris was helping the other Chris to his feet, apologising and trying to find out what was going on at the same time. He hardly looks different from before, Chris thought in wonder.
Two men were in conversation behind him and Chris was distracted from his old "friend".
"What, you couldn't tell that was an illusion? Man, you guys are pathetic!" he was shaking with laugheter, absolutely diverted. "It was a simple illusion that even the simplist of Alimorter can see through."
Then Chris added, "I have no idea who Noob Saibot - the name sound really odd, doesn't it? And - " he stopped, thinking. "What is the Mortal Kombat tournament. It sounds familiar ... "
"Wow, this place is cool!" said a familar voice.
"Oh, damn," said Chris and turned to face Ranque. "You're here too!"
"That was neat, like when he took of her leg even though she was a fake, and and that ice guy talking in his smooth voice, and and - "
"Hey, Ranque-une."
"Yes?"
"Shut up!"
