cloud looks at at ryu "so your are skilled in katana swordsmanship then now your blade is empowered with the essence of hihio suzaku, the hihio suzaku is known as the reincarnation blade it's essence gets transfered to the weapon that breaks its it's vessel now it belongs to you"cloud gets his seiryu ryuuga and compared it to his sword as his glows dark blue and ryu's is now glowing crimson red "your sword is simular to mine".

ryu grabs his katana and holds it up "i can feel the power in it" ryu says holding his katana with the blade facing the ground. "so you entrust me with the hiho suzaku..." ryu looks closely at his blade "i wont let you down"

Namine watched as everything around her happed not noticing Yamata sturing in her lap. Feeling him strugle out of her grasp to the bag she knew wat he wanted and quietly pulled out a bottle of water as well as a small bowl. Pouring some into it she set the bowl on the ground where Yamata let out small yip and greedly drank as much as he could.

cloud now gets up and looks at ryu "head towards the kusagakure and meet me there in four hours im going to finish teaching you the chidori nagashi" cloud poofs into smoke revealing him to be a shadow clone.

Namine didn't say anything but simply nodded while grabbing ahold of Yamata's now empty water bolw and putting it in her bag. Hearing her stomach growl she asked, "Hungry Yamata?" He just gave a small yip before jumping onto her shoulder waiting for her to leave. Smiling softly she stood up and headed twods the ramen stand.

cloud returns to his office after thirteen years of absence of self searchining as he sits down and looks at the mountain of paper work that was left for him over the years as cloud looks greatly sad as he mad several clones as they each work on a individual set of paper work.

Ryu, behind cloud, says "its true you are back" Ryu looks around "so how was the trip" Ryu smiles "well you are the hokage so this is your paperwork"

cloud noticed ryu as he and his clones continued his paper work "well the world was a vast place I visit several places learned new things even gained new bodies especially created several new techniques along with my new student near but the most revolutionary technique that I have based the thirteen years of my training on is the air step technique" cloud looks at several of the papers as he used his advance analyitical skills with his synthesis knowledge technique in order to process quickly most of the information and sign of several of the paper work fairly quickly as cloud was writting one of the papers he talked to ryu without looking at him "I heard you have a son congrats on your family so I wonder while I was gone have you ever got to the point of mastering that technique yet?" cloud was writting down his student near uzumaki under his name since when he left the village he became near's adoptive father and guardian so he placed that information into the old files for past refference.

cloud sighed after thirteen years sparky still had some kind of strange effect on him as he scratches his head "well long time no see sparky I can see you really blossom well into a beautifull woman so how is muko have you to started a family yet?" cloud continues to complete his work as his clone awaits for a respond from ryu as a sign of multi tasking cloud is going to talk to sparky while his clone is focused on ryu.

"well i havent had much time to work on it since ive had my son" Ryu looks out the window "but all i need is see the technique again and i can do the rest" Ryu activates his sharringan "with the sharringan has helped me out"
