Dayht took a step back, plainly embarrassed as she nodded. "It doesn't matter how many times I touched something before. If I let go and touch it again, I read off the list from beginning to end. Thats why I hate taking off my gloves." The female looked sadly at the yellow things laid by the side of the sink. But then again, one list every once in a while was much better then reading off five thousand a week

"Oh, I"m sorry to hear that. I was hoping it would stop, so it would be better for you." he nodded as he finished up the dishes. He didn't like how badly her power seemed to bother her.
Eclipse frowned. He knew what a power you couldn't control was like. Highly unfun.

She lightly smiled, shaking her head. "It isn't that bad now though. I'm really grateful that Junior got me the gloves. I might not be able to feel the difference between silk and cotton, but I can touch things again. Not to mention, sleep normally." Touching the bed, the blankets, the pillows...it was not fun for her as a child. Dayht slowly picked up her yellow gloves. "cotton, yellow dye, 245,945024..." She began to read off, eyes unfocusing

Apollo nodded. "Yes, that was a wonderful gift he got you. If only I had thought of it." He winked to Dayht. It would have been a great gift for him to give her, but he didn't mind. He was glad she had something that helped.

"-atoms." She finished the extreamly long list. Every digit in the number of atoms, how many stitches, what KIND of dye was used...She softly exhaled and slipped on the gloves, wiggling her fingers slightly. "If you had given me these dear apollo, I think I would treat them as if made of gold." Dayht chuckled before looking at Eclipse. "I can sorta control it. Sorta. I can control the radius of how much I read off. I can read the list of a tree, or the list of an entire forest. But I can't ever switch it off really."

Eclipse nodded. "Well, that is good. I can't do anything about mine. I'm glad Apollo came along." He winked to his son.
Apollo glow blushed at Dayht. He would have love to give her something so nice. Maybe one day he could make her something out of light?

"We just both have an item that blocks it." Dayht brightly smiled before looking back at apollo, the smile broadening at his glow. "Soo....will someone come with me to pick up Erylia and Zana from raken?"

Apollo looked at her. "As long as it's not one of the paes that will hate me." He chuckled. It was WAY to hard to keep track of all of her "family". So, he didn't try to.
"I guess I'll head home then. It was nice seeing you and everything." Eclipse told Dayht with a smile and nod.

"Um..." She winced slightly. "He's my oldest brother. So...he probably will. He practically raised....well...all of us." Dayht shook her head and smiled at both apollo and eclipse "I guess I'll go get them myself then. It was great seeing you both, I'm sure mom'll want you to visit again soon."

Apollo pulled her back and kissed her. "Bye. See you again real soon." He then waved not really wanting her to go.
"Bye Dayht! Let's see what you mom is up too."

She lightly kissed him back, faintly blushing. It was...sad. She loved her oldest sibling, she and every other one of her siblings were at the very least, grateful for him taking care of them. Maybe one day apollo would like to meet her family...on his own free will. The fae wouldn't know what to do if being with apollo meant becoming seperated from her family. Of course, Dayht never said this. Everyone thought that her head bounced in the clouds too much to think anything bad. So she lightly touched the light faes face with a hand before walking towards the exit. "Oh, you wont be able to see her for the next three days. She's a tree right now." And with that, slipped out of the kitchen
OOC: ^__^ mhmm! I want apollo next time to meet someone who'll like him. Shageki mayhap. Dameon and Tristen would like him....wow...all boys sweatdrop
