Ame walked up to sensei and tugged on his sleeve a bit. "Sensei? Can you teach me genjutsu/ I would really like to learn it please!" She gave an innocent smile.

After laying with her head deep in shame Mizu finally shifted her weight onto her sore arms and once again got up in push-up position. Mizu slowly went down “My arms hurt.” Almost touching the ground she began to come up again. It seemed like along trip up but she made it. She jumped up in happiness. “I DID IT!” She screamed at the top of her lungs and twirled around. “My arms are still sore.” she wined a little. She smiled a bit and thought, “But its okay.” DC: 10 Formula:19+0 = 19 Train: 10/10 compleated! Hp: 6 24.

Takara looked around for her next target. There were not many dummies above ground, seeing as they were Ame's victims before her. She was also unsure about using it on a person, since she was still only learning how to do the jutsu.... Next time, she would do it next time. First, she wanted to make sure she could execute it again. Her body went in and came back up in place of a stump. Takara grinned and turned towards Mizu.
"Mizu, would you mind helping me with my jutsu?" she asked her friend.

Mizu sitting on the ground after finishing her push-up looked up to the sound of Takara’s voice. “Um sure. But you know I don’t know much about it, so how can I help?” Mizu asked Getting up from her comfy spot with her arms still aching a little. She smiled to her friend. “Alright I’m ready!”

Takara grinned at her friend, though the only visible indication of her smiling was the slight shift of her eyes. She began doing handseals for the jutsu.
"It's quite easy," she said, "all you have to do... is stand there while I perform the jutsu. Doton: Shinju Zanshu no Jutsu!"
Without giving a proper explaination, her body sank into the ground and she slithered under her friend. Quickly, she grabbed her ankles and pulled her under. Takara stood in front of her friend's head and crouched down. She smiled again and poked her head.
"See?" she said, "It's easy."
DC: 10

Takara felt like smacking herself when she realized how mean she just was. She was about to lend her to Mizu, but retracted it. Stupid her... how would she be able to grasp her hand if she was underground? Takara stared down at Mizu, her eyes reflecting the sorrow she could not express, and the "sorry" she could--did not know how to--say. She bowed her head and stood back up. Slowly, she moved a bit away and unleashed her anger at herself on a small tree, pulling it underground with the same jutsu she used on Mizu.

Takara's gloom continued, even though she was on her last try until she finally succeeded in learning the jutsu. Without thinking about what she was doing, Takara automatically went through the handseals for the jutsu and called out its name. The stump nearby fell into the ground and she reappeared, staring off into space. During these times, she wished she was a better friend--no, a better person, instead of the insensitive girl wearing a mask. ...She knew that was not true, but sometimes, like now, that was what she felt.

Mizu now neck up in solid earth got wide eyed. “Wow, what just happened?” Mizu tried to wiggle lose but her body wouldn’t budge.
Mizu received a poke on her head and looked up at her smiling friend. Mizu gave as slight smile then said, “This is pretty neat but how do I get out?”
Mizu once again tried to wiggle her body but she still couldn’t move. “Okay let me think about this.” Mizu said to herself. Mizu thought about all that she learned at the academy. “I don’t think I know anything that could help me out of this.” She stated. Mizu called out to Takara “I may need your help here!”

((Hay Possible, hope you don't mind Maverick attacking you. I'm board and could use the practice.))
There was a deep silence after Mizu and Takara's little conversation. Mizu was within the ground and that gave her perfect cover from this. THe birds of the area grew quiet as they knew something wasn't right. Theyd idn't want to draw attention to the entity that stalked the trees of the grove. Hidden well within their lines, something moved along the trees one branch at a time so as not to cause too much of a disturbance among them. Barly a branch moved meaning no leaves fell or at least very few. He was picking a target for his attack but knowing this wasn't his sensei, he didn't mean to kill. He picked a spot directly before the girl so she's see it coming in time enough, hopefully, to dodge it. If it was Sin, he would have gone for a kill just for the joy, but this was Maverick and to be honest, he just didn't want to hear his sensei's mouth.
SO, out of the tree tops, Maverick soon fired off the Fuuma Shuriken using the Red Fuuma Shuriken.
((DC: 1D20 + 1 per 10 Shuriken Skill + Dex Mod= 2+1(skill)+3(Dex) = 6

((Dodging a weapon is the same as dodging an attack. If the attack + the roll is higher than your Dodge Bonus then the attack connects. However, that attack bonus can increase if you've put skill points into the weapon.))

((oh o.o ... whee thanks for the info. And don't worry, my dodge is much higher than 6, though I can't say much about my attack....))
Takara turned towards Mizu and blinked. She scratched her head.
"Use kawarimi no jutsu," she said.
She turned back around and froze. Something felt... odd, as if it were too quiet. She glanced up to notice a fuuma shuriken flying towards her. Cursing under her breath, she ducked under the weapon, making it fly past her head by mere inches. Straitening up, Takara glared at the person who threw the weapon at her. She charged at the offender, running and jumping into the tree to launch a kick aimed at his head.
Dodge: 14
Attack: 14 + 5 = 19

((Thats a pretty high jump considering Mavericks in a tree. Oh well, just edit your post later. I still got hit))
Maverick saw her coming. His aim was off but he couldn't help it. The trees deflected the shuriken, he still didn't have enough skill with teh thing to compensate for using it. It returned to his hand just as the girl came running up the tree. He tried to escape but the tree caught his leg and she connected. He fell from the tree but not before flinging the shuriken again at her.

Waiting for sensei to answer, Ame watched the two go at it. It was quite enetertaining. This also gave her a chance to observe their fighting styles as well as their strengths and weaknesses. This would help for future references.
