*Raina reached out to catch the orange* " You would be asking me to place it in boiling water, to help remove the skin and the bitterness from it" she said, setting the orange on the talbe.

*Raina paused for a moment, thinking about the answer to the question, she knew what it was but wasn't sure how to explain it*
"Very thin slices of raw beef, vegtables, smoked meats or fish, and i believe it usually comes covered in a creamy white sauce" she said, chewing at her lip timidly hoping that she had answered it correctly.

Proffessor Bryn paused momentarily for a dramatic affect, before answering Raina "you are quite correct Ms. Black. Now i'm going to move on the the next group, will you please prepare for me a Smoked Salmon Carpaccio with a orange tart for desert. You are only feeding one this time, so no need to make enough for the whole class, Understood?" she said, and smiled as raina nodded.
Then she wandered over to the Identification section of the class room

Professor Bryn walked back up to the front of the class and had a seat behind her desk, and began to grade the homework.
"If anyone has any questions feel free to ask" she said kindly before turning back to her paperwork.

*The class was nearly over when raina stood up and presented the meal to the teacher. She set it before professor Bryn, and waited patiently for a response*

Dea was in the middle of picking an animal for her report.
Why do I think you are going to pick a horse, dear?Lando asked from beside her.

Professor Bryn looked up from her work and saw that Raina had finished her project. She set her pen down, and picked up the plate. Carefully she used her fork to claim a peice of the salmon. She took a bite, and chewed it, before picking up one of the small tarts.
