Ceviche muttered, severly tempted to poke Ami, "Erm... Ami-san... are you okay? You've been out of it for a little while now... and your pancake maker is not only smoking, but levitating by your head..."
Ami didn't respond, still completely out of it.

Daru-chan craned her neck to look down into the volcano's mouth. She wasnt sure wether to comment or just stand there.
Fisshu came up behind Daru-chan and pushed her.
Daru's life flashed before her eyes.
Then Fisshu pulled her back.
"Tell ya mum I saved ya!" Fisshu squealed grinning.
Onyx came over to them. "Fisshu!! Stop it!!" she scolded.

"Fisshu, it's not a good idea to go pushing people right now," Ginger said calmly. "They could very easily fall in, and end up dying."
"I think the only ones who could possibly survive going to get the stone are the squire, who could resist the heat, and those of us who can fly, if Sapphire were to cool the heat of the lava with cold water and we were to fly in. The first is easier, though," Brownie commented, "because if those of us who can just fly went in, we'd still get our hands pretty much destroyed trying to pick the thing up, even if the lava was cooled a little."

"Sounds like an idea to me," Tsubasa said, "but it'll still be a difficult task either way." She paced along the rim of the valcanoe looking at the bubbling lava below.

"Me?...Oh, well okay. But, who will fly in afterwards? The water won't keep all of it cooled. The lava that isn't cooled that's underneath all of this will turn the rock back to lava. It'll be a quick time to get the stone and come out," replied Sapphire, thinking this over clearly. "Did that make any sense?"

Ami just continued to stand there in a slightly-resembling-catatonic state, not even noticing as the pancake maker's smoke began to dance loop-de-loops around it. It was still floating, by the way.
Ceviche gave up on trying to wake her up and decided to just sit on the ground. Yup, that's right, she went AFK.
((WoW players will get that... probably no one else...))

"I should be the one to get it," Ruby suggested, "I'm more resistant to the heat than you all, and I'm the one who's actually trying to get this thing. Sapphire, if you'd be so kind as to cool the lava a little, that would be great - I can just grab the thing." She shifted into her mew form. I don't feel like having her say the henshin phrase and all that junk.

Sapphire nodded to Ruby and raised her hands so they were over the rim of the volcano. As she smiled, water shot out of her hands and flowed to the bottom of thefiery pit, making steam rise quickly. Nodding to Ruby, she still kept the water going.
"When you're ready, I'll stop," she yelled over the rush of water.
