If Takehitsu's face was still visible which it wasn't because his hood had been replaced upon his face than his left eyebrow would have been seen cocking upwards. He was mistaken about his opponent which appeared to have a few devices in similarity to his. Takehitsu flying towards his opponent with the amplification of gravity broke both blades apart. He flipped once using the last bit of momentum from his jump to do this. His cloak had secretely been disconnected so now the cloak was inbetween him and his opponent. Takehitsu was behind it for the moment.

"Clever!" Morik rolled under the cloak and shot knives and corkscrews from his sleeves. The hat rebounded off the far wall, leaving a large gash in the stone, and was spinning like a propeller, the serrated blades flashing angrily as it hurtled at Takehitsu from the left, while the corkscrews ricocheted around the room at random, unlike the blades, which had been thrown with near surgical precision

Takehitsu's attention was pristene he heard the bouncing and the whizzing of all the spinning devices through the tavern. He could tell the hat was headed towards him it was the largest of the devices flying around. He heard a shuffle of feet and a sliding. Takehitsu was trained to fight with every sense in the human body alone. Smell hearing feeling. He knew it was going to hurt but it was the path with least injury. Two of the corkscrews hit him in the back, and the first surgical blade would cut hid arm but not penetrate his body as the cloth was not destroyable that does not make it a perfect armor howeve, The size of the blade's width is enough so his arm would still have a hole in it and he was bleeding from two locations on his back, He used the impacts to cause an angular rotation in his body combined with his weapon which would stab downwards. The rotation changed his acceleration in movement just enough so that the hat went sailing past him. The hat went beneath him and took a few of the surgical blades with it before they hit him. His second hand held the second katana, which was now being brought to impact with the hat pointing it at a downward angle behind him just enough for it to be that it would be on a collision course with it's owner. Then he landed ontop of his cloak. He grabbed it with his free hand and rolled off behind the table.

Morik caught the hat and snapped his wrist, taking it back to it's hat shape "Excellent. I like the way you think" He held out his hands and the room grew dark, the tavern repairing itself "Drinks on me? Oh, and those injuries will have to go as well" Black tendrils, thin as thread, wove out of the darkness and melted the blades away to dust, sewing themselves through his wounds and sealing them shut seamlessly, like they had never been there "Sadly, your clothes I cannot fix"

Takehitsu Stood calmly. He looked at his former opponent, "It was a decent match your the first I've fought he uses weapons even somewhat alike to mine. Thanks for the match." He sat down at the table, "No need to worry damages to myself and my clothes will fix themselves." As he said this his clothes regrew as if there was some force flowing through them, Considering the black tendrils helped heal him faster than it was already healing Takehitsu shrugged it off and watched Morik. His orbs which where spinning around returned deactivated and then where obsorbed by energies as Takehitsu let them land into his hand. "Let me buy you a round as well."

Morik sat down at the bar, and with a flash of light, the blade on his arm repaired itself "It was an excellent match. Good to know there's still kids out there that can keep me on my toes"

"It's been awhile since I had a good match myself. I'm also not from around here so to speak." Takehitsu sat near him so conversation would not be difficult.

He passed him a beer, cracking off the lid of a bottle of his own. As he drank, black smoke billowed from his mouth, and his eyes turned jet black "Really? Where ya from?"

Takehitsu eyeballed the beer not being one to drink himself he didn't turn it down nor did he drink it. "My question is more of when I'm from. Where I'm from won't exist for thousands of years to come."

"Ahh, a time hopper. I dabbled in that a bit. Stay out of the angles. Curved space-time is one thing, bit the hounds live in the angles, and they'll ******** kill us dead in a heartbeat. Last time I saw one of those was... 2, 3 million years? Dunno, but I''m from beyond the farplanes, the realms of alien corruption where the psudonatural s**t started. Nasty business it is, I might take ya someday, provided you can't be driven insane." He looked at the beer and watched as the golden-brown colour vanished "Water now, if it's your preference. I'll stick to my good ol fashion nightshade"

Takehitsu smiles, "I noticed some out of time weapons you used but Mine was not intentional I assure you. Many things have happened in my time magic no longer exists. I will leave it as that. Magic is mere myth and legend of once great powerful things whiped out upon reappearing according to prophecy but hostile and where annihilated leaving magic dead. I was sent by some unknown force Time travel requires some sort of element we can't harness so It was probably some sort of annomoly torn open in which Me being the toughest from the time survived.

"21st century? The last recorded time is 987,323 PD That then after 20 years changed to HWP And has gone all the way to the current year 32,890 HWP." He said looking perplexed not having a clue, "Well There is only mention of magic within the first two recorded years of PD and those are legend and myth there's no fact to them."

"Trust me it's there. Now, if you go by my shitty standards, what timeframe am I looking at? Thirty thousand years ain't much for me, so I'm sure I've been there. It's not Greyhawk is it?"

Greyhawk didn't seem to be ringing any bells either. "Not entirely sure what you mean by that. However I know that now I'm here in whatever time period we're in and I'm finding some differances that are enjoyable and I'm finding differances that lets just say I kinda prefer not to have around."
