For those of you who have Neopets accounts that haven't been logged into for a while, if it's been longer than 6 months since it was accessed, it will also be asking you to verify your birthday on that account. People have already lost access to accounts they can't remember birthdays for. neutral
(I was going to neomail butterfly on her 77 account to say I posted a guild message that you were back and might be posting again in the Grownups Guild, and it says it hasn't been accessed in like 110 days.)

Oh hey! I saw the Altador Cup stuff last night and read up on the game. It sounds interesting and fun, but I'm afraid I won't get to play it much, if at all, because it looks to be starting on around June 9th, which is when I leave for Carolina Beach and won't be back until about the 25th. sad
And what team did you all pick, or will you pick if you haven't? I didn't read up on them all (too lengthy) but really appreciate some of the artwork, and picked mainly for that. I was torn between Altador and Maraqua for the cuteness of the team players, although I took the personality quiz and it told me to choose Krawk Island because I was weird. confused I finally chose Maraqua because it has the cooler badge if I'm going to display which team I'm on anywhere. blaugh

I wasn't sure whether it was better to pick something popular or unpopular though. It sounds like it might actually have to do with how well all the people on your team play the game, so it could just be totally random which wins. I read how you have to use your mouse and click players and shoot goals and toggle between players or something. Sounds kind of complicated, but like something that once you got used to might be fun.
