The King paced back and forth across his chambers. He needed away to keep his children safe and this plot to kill him wasn't settling well. He just wished he knew Miles' involvement in it. He seemed like a nice enough gentleman, but could he be trusted. The king didn't know.

Miles couldn't seem to find Sharri, he even asked some of the gaurds who didn't know where she was either. He felt the gaurds gaze on him, and wondered what was going on. Thus he walked to the doungon himself.
"I'm Miles Edgeworth." He stated.
"On what busniess?" Asked the gaurd.
Miles wasn't sure on what to say. He wasn't the lying type.
"Interogasion. I think I may know something about the assasinations, but I'm not sure if I'm correct." He stated.
"The other guards can do that." The guard replied.
"And yet here we are...The royals nearly dieing left and right. Get out of my way, because I intend to stop this right now." He stated coldly.
"But-
"I said get out of my way." Miles growled.
The gaurd looked at Miles for a second, and drew his sword.
"Sir, kindly remove yourself." He stated.
Miles gave the man a cold stare and watched him carefully.
"Get- out- of- my- way." He stated again.
It was the a rather nice gaurd came down. He was the one Miles meet when he first came here. He blinked at him showing him more of his kind face.
"Please escort this man on where he as to go. I will accompany him." He stated.
Miles looked at him then back over at the gaurd infront of him, who mearly bowed, and let them pass. Miles fallowed the nicer guard and looked at the cells. As Miles passed a cell that seemed empty he stoped, then turned to it. He walked back and looked inside. He could see someone in there alright. A man roughly his age, stareing straight back at him .Miles recognized him right away.
"Eire!" He shouted putting his hands on the cell's bars.
The gaurd grabbed him and pulled him back.
"But I know him." Miles retorted to the gesture.
"You can't trust everyone." The guard replied.
Miles looked at him for a moment and understood it was a safty issue. Miles nodded, and looked at Eire.
"Why are you in here?" He asked.
"They grabbed me...At the ball." He stated.
"You tried to shoot-
"No, are you stupid! I was caseing the shooter. You know my job is to protect you my lord." He replied.
Miles stared at the man.
"Lord?" The gaurd asked.
"You didn't know? This is lord Edgeworth." He proclaimed.
"Yes he knows, I introduced myself before." Miles explained.
"Can I come out now? I don't like it in here." Eire whined.
"I'll ask the king." Miles stated.
Miles left, and Eire bowed before Miles walked off. Miles was off to tell the king what he heard, and explain it was his servent, that was falsely accused.

"Halt state your business with the King!" A guard stops Miles at the end of the hallway to the King's meeting room.
Edward stops his pacing in his chambers as his daughter comes to meet with him. "Would you care for anything my dear? I'll send a servant after it. Also sit, please you look exhausted." Edward indicates a chair in the sitting room as he sits down beside her at her head shake.

Miles looked at Sarah.
"Are you okay?" He asked worried. "Are you running from something?" He asked worried.

Wolf_Rules "Halt state your business with the King!" A guard stops Miles at the end of the hallway to the King's meeting room. Edward stops his pacing in his chambers as his daughter comes to meet with him. "Would you care for anything my dear? I'll send a servant after it. Also sit, please you look exhausted." Edward indicates a chair in the sitting room as he sits down beside her at her head shake. "I'm fine father. I just needed to tell you about Miles. I got terrfied teh other day when I though he died trying to save me again. Father I love him and I want to travel with him. You don't need me, you have reggie as your heir." Sarah says giving him a full sight.

The king stand and begins to walks around the room. "I thought something like that would happen." The king stops and looks his daughter in the eyes. "My dear, you are my 2nd born. I need you for aliances. You are my daughter and I love you. I don't wnat to see you get hurt." He walks across the room towards her. "I don't know if we can trust him or not. I want to, but I can't not yet. Yes, he saved your life, but is that for some greater goal? Is that to get under yours and my good graces so that he can take over the kingdom. I have to think for the greater good of the kingdom."

"Then...I request to be seen." He asked trying to sound polite which he did.
The sound didn't match his voice though so he tried to look more lazy then uptight about the current happenings.

He knew nothing aside that I was unhappy. Father I am unhappy. I want to be free. I want to travel and see all the places I've studied. I want to train to fight for real, not the fake thing that your knights are putting me through. I want to get my shield and you are holding me back. Why father? Am I now to live the life that I love and want?" Sarah asks standing and walking away from her father.

Miles begins to walk to the room then looks at the guard. He closed his eyes he wasn't about to do anything stupid, but he didn't like the fact that one of his men was intrapped, and the reason for him being there wasn't going to look good on him considering they expected the attacker was Eirie. Miles sighed. Then went to the room.
