Ruby scooted over and nudged him with her shoulder. "Don't pout sugar. If I wasn't madly in love, an' comepletely devoted, to the beautiful an' sexy angel drivin' the bus right there, you'd have to fight me off with a stick. You're a good catch, sug, don't you forget it kay?"

Ruby chuckled, "Sug, that's the same thing I hear from every player, especially when they're talkin to someone they tried to play."

Ruby smiled, "Ah, sug, that's sweet of you." She chuckled, "But I don't buy it one bit....you already knew me an' the angel were together when you used that little power of yours. In fact, I think you've been goin' after the wrong gals on purpose, just so you don't actually find yourself attatched."

Aaron walked till he got to a dark side of town. A shady looking old man leaned against a beat up car. He had a scar across his nose, and a large chunk of his left ear was missing, like it had been bitten off. Aaron spotted him, and instead of running like a normal child, he approached him. This was the guy he'd been looking for, or at least he thought it was. "Hey, McFarlen, right?" He asked, adjusting the bag on his shoulder.
The man glanced down, and spat in the ground. "Go away kid."
"Not 'ntill I get what I came for." Aaron said, his chin going up sharply as he looked at the scruffy man."
McFarlen raised an eyebrow as he realized this was the customer he'd been waiting on, "Aw hell. Look, I don't sell to kids. This stuff is dangerous. People die. I don't care what kind thrill you're after, but this stuff is illegal. It's one thing to sell it to punkass teenagers, but I draw the line at elementary brats."
Aaron sighed, and pulled the wristwatch from his backpack. "It's swiss." He'd won it off a kid who had swiped it from his father who happened to be a collector of fine watches. "Stuff's not for me anyway, it's for my older brother, Alloran. I'm supposed to be throwing the cops off the trail."
McFarlen squirmed a bit, but the shine of the watch eventually had him giving up. "Aaight kid," he pulled a plastic lunchbox from the back of his beat up car. "No cops, got it, and if you want more you'll have to find yourself a new dealer." He swiped the watch and Aaron grabbed the lunch box a wide grin on his face.
He walked away from the man without a word, and headed down a new allyway. He was more than anxiuos to try out the stuff in the lunchbox, it had been hard work finding a dealer in Krovh, especially one who dealed with goods of such quality. Aaron chuckled to himself, this was going to be one big thrill.

The seer stared down, and was at first concerned Aaron was getting into more than he could handle, but reasoned it only a ploy. He followed after silently, smiling a close-lipped smile.

((You suck, Seer....yeah! You heard me. *raspberries*))
In the middle of the alley-way Aaron opened up the lunchbox, a very Ruby-esque "ooooh" coming from his lips as he overlooked the long thin cylinders stacked inside. They looked small, but they packed quite the punch. Aaron smiled as he took one out to shoot it up.

A band of wind solidified around the cylinders, preventing him from doing anything but hold them.

Aaron growled under his breath, trying to move the cylinder, his experimentation with illegal fireworks ruined by a nosy super. No matter how hard he tried he couldn't get the lighter to light the tip of the cylinder. He finally took a deep breath, put the cylinder on the ground and stood up, glancing around the ally-way an angry look on his face. "Dad?!" He guessed at the likely culprit, if anything it might be another one of the spells that were commonly cast to keep him out of trouble.

The seer had a hard time to keep from laughing out loud, the band of air dispersing.
"Well played." He whispered silently to the only one who knew to listen.

"Dad! I know it's you." Aaron yelled out, glaring at a random wall. But after a moment of quiet he gave up and went back to his lunchbox. He poked the cylinder with the tip of his shoe before finding the band of air had dispersed, and eagerly lit up the firework. When the fuse disapeared a large comet of bright blue shot into the air and exploded with a loud screach. Aaron clapped his hands, in pure joy. After shooting up too more, a red one and another blue one he packed the lunchbox up and headed home. The band of air was seen only as a minor fluke in his mind....stranger things had happened. He wondered absently if a firework would be able to open the drawer in his parents room, and decided it might be a good thing to try after snack time.
