As Choryl was trying to watch both the treasure on the edge of the ship and the vampirate climb the side ladder of the Barracuda she heard a familiar voice " . . . might need your help up here." Choryl looked up and decided the voice must be directed at her even though she couldn't remember where she'd heard it before. Who had seen she was here? Choryl looked around at how she might help but couldn't decide what to do. With one last look back at the treasure waiting on the edge of the other ship, Choryl swam to near the water's surface below the vampirate to get a closer look. But before she could decide the best way to prevent him from climbing aboard the Barracuda he was already at the top. He took his knife that he was carrying in his teeth and swung it at a small person wearing grey. They movement the small person made to avoid the kinfe proved it was a girl. She was fast but didn't know how to counter attack her attacker. All she could do was avoid being hit without making any "hits" herself.

"Forget this!" Summoning as much strength as possible without leaving herself helpless, Lilla tossed the chest to the other ship with a telekinetic force causing the man on the other side of the chest to be thrown backward into the air and across the water with a large splash. The chest landed on the side of the ship and skidded slightly with the force it was thrown with and balanced uneasily over the edge. All she could do was hope nothing tilted the ship and caused the chest to go into the water.

The treasure chest landed on the Barracuda with a lound thud and Choryl really wanted to see what was inside. She decided few people would notice her with all the comotion going on and she began to climb the side ladder herself. As she climbed Choryl's tail fin changed into two legs but when she reached the top and stepped on the deck she forgot all about the treasure. Choryl say the girl in grey and suddenly remembered who she was--it was Rowan! What was she doing on this ship?! Well, she was avoiding the swings from the vampriate's knife, but how did she get here in the first place, and why?. Choryl would question her young friend later, for now there was some cleaning up to do.

Choryl whistled loud and high pitched as she leaned back, lifted her right leg in a side ways arch and kicked the middle of the vampirate. He was lifted up off the deck and over the side of the Barracuda. He splashed in the sea leaving his knife behind on the deck. Rowan looked at the knife then back at Choryl. "Pick it up Rowan, we'll talk later" Choryl said and then she turned to where the vampirate fell and jumped back into the sea after him.

When Choryl was back in the water her tail fin re-appeared, she grabbed the vampirate by the nape of the neck and pulled him down below the surface. A pod of orcas heard her call and were coming quickly from the east. Choryl handed the vampirate over to the orcha family--they needed a training toy for their youngest member. Then she made more whistles and clicks so they would understand what to do. Then as the orchs were removing vampirates that were in the water and biting holes in their ship, Choryl swam back to the Barracuda and got on board again, once again changing tail fin for legs. This time she began yelling "Their ship is going down, grab what you want, or who you want, and get aboard the Barracuda! Do it now!"

This whole time, Jarek was too busy keeping his brother from jumping out the lookholes. George was sure he had seen the glittery thing in the water again. So busy was Jarek, he never noticed when he was called for.

Scott was used to this speed of attack. Vladimir was fast, but nothing compared to the Captain. He was able to follow the attack, but could not completely dodge it. He was able to however, pivot so only the side of his left leg was cut, protecting most of his muscles, ligaments and tendons from being severed. In this same motion he swung his sword back upon Vladimir, cleaving it deep into the right side of his abdominal cavity, completly severing Vladimirs right arm allowing it to fall to the deck with a thud. The sword's teeth also had penetrated to the otherside of Vladimir's body, one of the such teeth impailed itself through his left arm. "Austa Luego," Scott said when he took out a small dagger with a crusifix hilt and thew it at Vladimirs chest, basically stabbing him through the heart with a cross.

Scott was finally able to pry the hand from his throat and threw it over the ships railing. He thne used his sword to assist him as he stoon up and as a crutch for him to walk on. "Let's get off the ship Maria. The Captain is going to scuttle it." He then made his way to the ropes that tied the two ships together.

When every one had returned to the Barracuda, the Captain remained alone on the enemy ship. Rex then raised both Sabers above his head and spun around in a spiral motion. When he did this a large gust of wind spiraled down into the ship as if it were a screw and tore it apart. Leaving large chunks of the scuttle ship in the water for it's former crew to swim to as they waited to be arrested by the British Navy.

As everyone was re-boarding the Barracuda, Choryl made her way to the helm and positioned herself leaning on the back rail behind Rowan. Choryl had made her presence know and she had some unfinished business so she wasn't going to take off just yet, but she also didn't want to be in the center of any activity when the Captain returned to his vessel.
