fter she had finised the workout she went over to the pond and splashed her face. Then she lay in the grass besides it relaxing and cooling off.

*Sanctum woke up after being passed out for hours. He felt refreshed, but embarrassed that he had let the others down by not actually being there for training. He got up to head over to the GIT*

Elec walked towards the waterfall. She listened to the sound and enjoyed the sight. She was ready to start practicing sand shifting again. She took of here earings and accessories so they wouldn't get in the way and placed them on a rock not to far from where she stood now. She started with sijmple flowing movements. The sand extending from her hands in points as she pushed them forward. The sand would harden but soon fall apart. She couldn't quite get it to stay yet. From her feet she would kick sideways at the ground and sand would spill outwards and up creating multiple spikes but they too fell like a wave crashing on the beach.

She continued going through all the motions she had read in the book. She did her best to follow through with the book, se was doing moderatly well but she was no were near the same level as a true Sand Shifter.

She worked through the following techniques, the elements of sand; water, the flowing technigue, the sands moved easly around and ungulated like the sea; earth, the stone technique, creating small walls or spikes of hardened sand; Fire, the whispy technique, the sands moved like a flame, climbing higher and higher quickly jumping around; Wind, the unseen technique; the sand would be blown around to were it would be a small sand storm, then form into small bricks or needles to attack, This one was particularly difficult, Elec managed in getting a small cloud about the size of medium sized TV into the air, and couldn't do much more with it. There were many more techniques but she wanted to practice 'creation'.

She knelt down and placed her hands on the sand she had dropped. She focused on creating something small. What slowly rose form the sand was the begining of a flower, made of golden sand, glowing in some spots. It slowly rose into a bug, leaves formed and then it opened. Elec was happy and went to pick it. It hadn't fallen appart like others yet. However only a minuite later it crumbled in her hand.

She was getting the hang of things but she still couldn't get things to last very long. However she was satisfied with what she had done today. Thinking back it was a lot and her body told her the same. She was sweating and sore. She went over to the pond and splased her face with water. Afterwhich she lay down in the tall grass next to the water. She closed her eyes and listened to the waterfall. The sound always made her relax. Soon she had drifted of into sleep.
