To be brutally honest I adore both, but if forced to pick I would choose the anime. My reason being that trying to follow action sequences in manga isn't quite as easy as in animation, where it's practically done for you. I also like the fact that the characters are given voices, (I've only heard the Japanese version, but I never put too much into English dubbs anyway), that fit them. Sure you get a few things cut out in the anime, but the story is still solid AND you get a nifty begining and end theme! Hooray! But that's just my humble opinion. I have both anime and manga version of Tsubasa so I'm set either way.

Are there any other chapters after chapter 169 on manga?
And I think manga is a lot funnier and the facs are so cute! 4laugh

I believe that the Manga is far superior to the Anime. For one, the Manga explains things much better. For instance... in the Manga, when Kurogane figured out that Syaoran is blind in one eye, he made it very clear. On the other hand, the Anime is lazy and hardly even tries to explain that.
Two, the Anime artists got lazy and did a horrible job on the characters.
Three, the Manga is just better in all ways, no contest.

Manga all the way. The anime was horrible when I watched it, so I didnt go much farther than episode 16. The characters just looked awful. My expression was the same when I watched the Negmia anime, and the anime for magic Knight Rayearth, Chobits, Inuyasha, Death Note, and more. Honestly, after so many mangas being screwed up when turned into anime, I stopped watching the anime for any manga I read.
and on the topic of anime, If I ever watch any anime, I NEVER watch the english dubs. Am I the only one who was reeeally ticked off when they ehard the english voice actors for Sakura, Syaoron, Kurogane, Fai (especially Fai), and Mokona? I swear to god, whenever they bring an anime over here to America, they just completely screw up the voice acting. An example of this is Sakura from Tsubasa Resevoir Chronicles. Seriously, wtf is up with her voice?!?!?
On the topic of dubbed anime, has anyone else noticed how whenever they bring it here to anime, they cut out all the really really good parts? Or they just totaly kiddie-fy it? an example: Naruto. In its original japanese print, that anime and manga was really cool. Now, I refuse to have anything to do with it becouse of how kiddie it is now that they brought it to America (also the ninja thing got a little old)
Wow I got really off topic didnt I? I just really like to rant about these things.

U think the manga is WAY BETTER! I think it's funnier and the anime is kinda boring. Fai also looks better in the manga. (hehe) Mokona is cuter in the manga too. I only watched a few episodes and kinda thought it was boring from the start. >_> If you agree, WOO! lol

personally I like the manga better because the english voice overs are horrible. Not the timing but the way they sound.

I personally like the manga more but I do love the music in the anime that I went out and got the CD. If you listen to the Voice overs in English *Warning: Ears will Bleed* stressed

I like the anime because the characters just come to life, but overall, I prefer the manga because I think the manga is longer than the anime (for the anime, the ending comes sooner right?) I also ABSOLEUTELY do not like the eng. version dub anime because their voices are practically ruined, no offence. Syaoran's eng. voice sounds so boring, with no expression. and Sakura's eng. voice is doesn't match the character. Sakura is supposed to be a calm character, but the eng. voice sounds too energetic for her. Sure, it might match the beginning, but after Sakura loses her memories, she becomes more innocent and calm and that is when the eng. voice won't match.
