"Oh, I'm sorry-" Terra said, although not sure what she was sorry for. Overhearing? That wasn't her fault. She sighed, looking out the window. "It doesn't matter now, does it?" Terra assured him. "You're out of the house. You've got some friends-Pokémon and human-and we all just want you to rest well. C'mon, let's just go to bed." Terra tried to make her smile reassuring, but other things were on her mind.
That's what she thinks we are? Friends? Char thought with a sneer. Dissatisfied with the lack of interesting things, Char walked back to the place at the corner of Terra's bed that he was sleeping before and tried to go back to sleep.

humph! is that all you got? (yuffie said as she mopped the floor with team rocket) your not worthy! (she turned and left mt.moon for the next town, pewter city)

john looked at her."yeah it really dosen't matter"john mumbled "even know i didn't want any one to find out." john looked at her" iam gonna get some air."john walked out side of the pokemon center. he walked up to a tree and punched it.It put a big dent in it and it cut john knuckles blood dripped on the ground. he punched the side and it shaterd the side of it. john watched as his blood dripped on the ground. he walked to a jewerly store he went in and bought 3 things.he walked back to the pokemon center he put on a pair of black leather gloves.he walked in the center and walked up to terra "i have a present close your eyes and put out your hands."john put the dimond necklace in her hand.

(yuffie had heard recently that some strong trainers were in pewter city so she walked there in hopes of meeting them)

"Okay..." Terra replied to John as he walked outside to get some fresh air. She wasn't sure she should leave him alone, but Mew started mewing, pawing her backpack. As she got out some Poké food, she heard the splintering of tree bark and dismissed it as Pokémon training.
A few minutes later, John entered again, wearing black gloves and holding a bag.
"I have a present!" he said. "Close your eyes and put out your hands." Terra nodded and obeyed. She heard the bag rustling, and then something thin and cool being placed into her hands. She opened her eyes and gasped. It was the most beautiful diamond necklace she'd ever seen! She marvled at the pendant, and smiled sweetly at John. She wasn't sure what to say. It must've been expensive, and she didn't feel like she deserved it...yet she couldn't reject it, she felt it might hurt his feelings.
"It's so pretty," she whispered. She wanted to put it on, but she was tired and knew she'd hate herself if she didn't go to bed soon. "I'll wear it tomorrow," she promised. "But we should both get some rest, it's late."

"yeah." john yawned."night."john walked into the room whipped the discracefull memorys of his past from his mind.he took of the black gloves dropped them onto the night stand. he fell asleep one of his hands danglying from the bed slowly dripps of blood fell onto the ground as the cut slowly healed. he woke up next morning he looked over at terra in the other bed and smiled.

Mew heard John stirr and awoke Terra. She pulled the covers over her head, pushing Mew off the bed. She just wanted five more minutes...Then she'd get up and go to school-
Terra shot up, looking around wildly, and gave a sigh of relief. No school-only adventuring! Adrenalin rushed through her veins and she stood up, accidentally kicking the nightstand. Something fell off it, but Mew caught it. Terra looked over at the diamond necklace that John had given her and felt her face grow hot as her cheeks turned scarlet.
"Mew!" Mew exclaimed, floating up to her, dangling the necklace in her face.
"I am, I am," Terra laughed, and glanced over at John, who was still in his bed, but looking at her. She hadn't realized that he was up, and quickly rushed to the bathroom with a quick "goodmorning" to John, backpack in hand. She dressed and put her hair in a ponytail, the necklace around her neck.
"It seems to nice to wear right now," she commented quietly.
Meanwhile, Char had woken up and was watching Terra and John with disgust.

john got up he looked at his mew which was floteing around him. he saw the little puddle of blood he moved the bed alittle to cover it up. he put on the gloves he walked into a diffrent bathroom he changed into a pair of blue jeens and a plain white t shirt.he walked to by the door to the bathroom terra was in."iam gonna go get some break fast i will save ya a spot."john walked down to the dinning room his mew followed him floteing around his head once trainers in the room saw the mew they got out pokeballs and started to throw them."BACK OFF ITS MINE!!!!!" the trainers settled down and mew stuck out its toung at them they got a little mad but forgot about it. john got a bowl of cearal and had a spare chair there for terra he ate his ceral he wasn't paying atten shon.

Terra smiled and packed up her things while John got ready and left. Char had gotten up and was sitting by her.
"I know you can't understand me," Char said, "but I'm going to try and learn your language. I've been getting sick at listening to you and you not listening to me." Terra just smiled and handed him some Pokéfood. Char frowned, but took it anyways.
"Once I'm strong enough, I'm outta here," Char muttered in between bites.
"C'mon, let's go get breakfast," Terra said, and before she left she got her Pokémon from Nurse Joy and left to find the resturaunt that John had gone to.

john called terra on her cell "iam at a restrount by the pokemon center." john was about to take a bite of his ceriel when he got a mouth full of pink fur."ew aw thats grose."mew laughted them let go on and keep eating his cerale.

Terra was greatful he'd called her, because there was definatly more than one resteraunt in the town. She spotted the small diner, who's name was "Dratini's Diner."
Everything has the name of a Pokémon these days, Terra thought, amused. She entered the diner and quickly spotted John. She greeted him and sat down, Mew perched on her head and Char sitting next to her, arms crossed and a look of disgust on his face. An old woman dressed in the diner's uniform walked up to their table, seeing that there was a newcommer at John's table. She smiled like a grandmother would to her grandchildren, making the diner feel like home.
"What can I get you?" the waitress asked politly.
"Some eggs on toast and milk whatever Charmander's like," Terra said with a small laugh. She'd known him for only a day, so she wasn't too clear what he would like.
"Okay, I'll be right back," she said before walking away.

TD had overslept and took some time to get up. She got dressed and went downstairs. Kyri clung to TD, noting the envying looks in the other trainer's eyes. TD got a quick breakfast and called her pokemon to her. They walked out of the pokemon center and TD looked around.
"Wonder were John and Terra are..."

"Thanks," Terra murmured, feeling relief when her face didn't grow hot and her face blush.
Mew started to swirl around her head. When Terra asked her what was the matter, Mew pulled out Terra's cell phone.
"TD!" Terra exclaimed, taking the cell phone from Mew and punching in TD's number so she could tell her where they were.
