I think it's because Porygon is a rarer Pkmn to get. Just a guess.

Porygon2 is good if you train it, but still the original is stronger. ^^

Kisa is pretty what are pp and how do you get them PP are pokepoints and you use them to buy stuff at the Pokemon Mall You get PP by Buying it in the PP Store.
